I have an engagement ring that sits a bit lower and it still snags. But a hack I’ve learned is to spin the ring around so that it is inside your hand and close your hand into a fist when putting clothes on!

My fiancé spent $1800 on mine 😂 it’s not a diamond - it’s a morganite and I love it!!

My husband bought an kite shaped brown raw diamond and mounted it on a random golden ring taking off the diamond it had. It was less than 300 but the trouble he went through to find the closest to salt and pepper diamond and all that is priceless!

Congratulations Tiff!!! I got married 7/30! Highly recommend the smaller wedding we had 80 people and 3 in our bridal party on each side and it was the BEST decision. That way our close friend who would’ve been in the bridal party could just come and enjoy and we both invited all of our close friends on our bach trips. Less is more than with bridal parties!

My husband I planned our wedding in less then a year(10 months) and I loved my wedding we kept things simple I never understood how people spend so much money on one day 🙈 and I was so happy we saved money on our wedding but keeping it simple and a ton of DIY’s I even made my own bouquet!

girl coming from a jeweler, that ring is not 4k 😂😂 but i love that you dont want to know. Make sure it is on your homeowners insurance! Also, the reason your mounting is a little high is because of how big the diamond is, there honestly isnt really a way for a solitaire to be super low. your hands also swell at night and into the morning and thats on most people so it’s recommended to take off your ring when you sleep not only to save wear and tear on your ring but also so your ring doesnt get stuck on your hand ☺️. Im so happy you are engaged!

I know you don’t like the high setting, but it’s also so that your wedding band later on sits underneath and doesn’t hit the diamond. If it was a low setting, the band would hit the oval diamond and so the diamond can come out or the diamonds on the wedding band would fall out.
