The belly dancer was absolutely stunning. Everything from her outfit, to her hair color and flips, to her immaculately timed winks was captivating.

The belly dancer really captured my attention. She did a really nice job and her outift was so fire. Also, the hip hop dancer was actually so cool, like her swag was oozing from her soul.

as a dancer, i love hip hop and ballet belly dance is really pretty but it can be really hard, flexible hips is very necessary kpop is not a dance genre but learning the choreos through videos with no tutorial takes hours, even days to do edit: omg the amount of likes i never got so many thanks 💕💕

@@rupa15440 it cannot be a genre because what would learn in a class? choreographies? yes sure but they are made out of steps from various differents genres (like hip hop, african dances, jazz and more) like dances are steps and moves created by people but kpop is already done choreographies with those dances steps did i make sense??

if kpop dance were steps never seen before, yeah sure it could be a genre but they even use viral tik tok dance moves in their choreos so thats not possible plus they first started dancing and creating choreos because of the hip hop influences back in the late 70s when foreigners went to korea to watch the olympics thats when they first got introduced to rapping as well

those boys were so respectful! they recognized that dance was a art form and were even asking for some pointers lol

Ok, seriously, why is NO ONE talking about the girl who did Hip Hop!! She was definitely the best dancer in my eyes. Her power and attitude just floored me!

Its interesting because in terms of the history of ballet, dancing en pointe is one of the more recent developments and traditionally ballet used to be danced on the balls of the feet, not the toes. Ballet originated in Italy in the 15th century during the renaissance as a court dance which looked very different to the ballet we think of today, then it spread throughout the other royal courts of europe, especially in france where Louis XIV established the Paris ballet where most ballet techniques were developed. But dancing on pointe only became a feature of ballet during the 19th century

I'm arab and seeing people begin to take notice of belly dancing and how beautiful yet complicated it is makes me so happy and proud

As a hip hop, musical theater, and lyrical dancer, the ballet seemed more lyrical to me. Idk maybe it’s different in Korea but the outfit and more water flowy moves ( if that even makes sense) just seemed a bit more lyrical to me 😊 Edit- the music as well, although ballet can be more than just classical music 🙃

As someone who does all styles of dances in my group all of these skills require a lot from your body and physical ability along with flexibility and facials. It’s not an easy skill to make look effortless. That’s y I will always have respect towards any type of art or dance.

Вы правы, что девушка скорее всего занимается не профессионально, так как в балете много всяких прыжков с большими пролётами и БОЛЬШЕ гибкости (эта девушка тоже довольно гибкая и хорошая, но это скорее средний балет). И я хотела бы добавить, что если бы девушка исполнила свой танец на пуантах (специальная обувь, чтобы стоять на одном пальце) это было бы немного красивее. Я ни в коем случае не хочу сказать, что девушка станцевала плохо, наоборот - очень красиво

Yo sinceramente sentí un poco pobre el de ballet, a mí me inscribieron a una academia de ballet desde mis 3 años y también fui probando otros estilos como flamenco, contemporáneo y hip hop (también probé belly dance, sin embargo, por un percance de la clase se tuvo que clausurar), para mí el que más dedicación y esfuerzo merece es el ballet, se necesita una disciplina muy grande, actualmente tengo 13 años y 10 bailando está magnífica danza.

I'm in love with the belly dancer girl, she dances so well and the outfit is gorgeous.

As someone who was an ATS Belly Dancer myself, I am probably going to be a bit biased; but the belly dancer was my favorite. She had amazing technical skills. They all did a good job though. Dancing in general takes time and hard work to really learn and build up skills.

These girls are so beautiful and talented! I also like their different styles!! I wish I had talent like that!!! I also love how much respect these guys are giving these girls!!

As a big fan of dancing I loved all of them so much!! The flexibility, balance, enthusiasm.. everything was really good in each dance 👏🏼 I also wanted other dance styles (especially Bollywood dance) but I really liked this!!

Why were you bullied? Im russian and basically every little girl learns ballet here, its strange to me someone would be bullied for it!

@@hi-ve1cw some people just like making others feel bad. That, and many young boys grow up learning that anything remotely girly / associated with girls is yucky and inferior. My cousin is a ballet dancer as well, her classmates make fun of her. Thankfully it didn't affect her confidence.

@@ESCL2004 yeah, basically what you said. I was called names like "little miss twinkle toes" which is not even bad but it used to be enough to annoy me. I was called weak and boring and got called lazy since "ballet is not a sport" and all that jazz. I

I'm going to also choose Idol cause cute and belly dance was seductive, ballet was mesmerizing and hip hop was battle

Балет здесь непрофессиональный, но все же получился элегантным и невесомым, танец живота тоже показался на любительском уровне, и все же есть эффект соблазнения, и некого гипноза. Хип хоп - уже про дерзость, буйность и независимость. К-поп не могу никак описать. Понравилось реакция парней и то, что у них был неподдельный восторг от красоты движений, без пошлостей

согласна, но мне показался танец девушки из балета довольно простым(может что-то вырезали) и повторяющимся, т.е. она поднимала ногу вверх и крутилась.. это всё что я заметила. а так мне все понравились танцы)

Согласна на счёт танца живота. Занималась пять лет. Слишком лёгкие движения, но в этих танках так же важен контакт со зрителем и эмоции

Ballet for me personally is my top pick, there's just something in those smooth flow of movements that expresses elegance and art, and it goes well with a lot of slow or ballad vocal heavy songs. Though I know how every dance works, so I always have respect to any kinds of dance because they are all different and impressive.

The belly dancing style is so different to traditional and tribal! So cool to see other countries interpretation

There are definitely aspects and elements to take in consideration in order to dance a kpop song/choreo so I’d consider it a type of dance rn

I am fan of hip hop dance. But ballet is top of all dance forms to me. You probably can manage others even if you start at 30 i think (of course you need talent) Ballet you have to start young. And classic thing is classic no matter what.

For me as much as i love ballet, this is the thing I don’t like about ballet. It’s understandable but I like how much more accessible other dance forms are regardless of age.

The amount of praise the belly dancer is getting definitely means people need more exposure to the craft.
