A new type of drop “load” would work great, maybe a type resembling a old sling (charge,connecting wire(1ft),another charge) they could be dropped directly over the barrel(even on turtle tanks) to deny use of main weapon use

Get rid of the 802.11 Wi-Fi data transmission systems and replace them with the I/Q spread-spectrum common now in home wireless transmission system extenders for plain old wired telephones. However, from the latest Wi-Fi technology, the 4X4 vectored directional transceiver systems using four antennas on each end. This might be able to increase survivability 4 to 8 times in impossible RF environments.
