Onew is like a big brother to them. Both are like sister to him. He is always praising them and watch over them during duet or group singing. My observations is Onew is very cautious and always tucking his hands in his pockets to avoid unnecessary anti comments. Their friendship is too precious.

I think he's the most natural and genuinely kind celebrity I've ever seen... Well, even irl, I don't think I've ever seen someone as sweet and charming as him. He has that soft aura, and he seems so trustful And his smile can cure cancer.

He is hardworking and focus when given a tasks. It’s likely due to his early years as SHINee leader and cultivate the good character - could be the reason LeeSM select him as team leader. Besides, he is good selfless mentor and senior to SUHYUN and Rosie. He treats them like his sister, always praising them and watch over them in duet or group singing. This is why they are so comfortable with each other during the show as they are just good friends.

He's like a really kind older/younger brother - it was such a delight to watch his interactions with the whole cast of Sea of Hope.

I didn’t remember which episode but I feels hurt when he said that the others being artist meanwhile he’s not. Thanks to Suhyun to tell him that it’s not right. I found it some unfortunate stereotypes in Korea, Asia in general, about artist definition esp if we talk about people who is generally have a “normal looks”. Also from the old dance show I learnt that still a lot of Korean people take dances as something useless than painting and music. People look at dancer negatively.
