안녕하세요 ◡̈ 이번 영상은 새로운 도시에서 보낸 첫 번째 일주일 영상이에요 이사할 때 너무 요령 없이 짐을 옮겼는지 한동안 허리가 너무 아파서 고생했어요😭 살면서 이렇게 허리가 아파본 건 정말 처음이었는데 운이 좀 없었는지 병원 진료도 제대로 못 받고,, 낯선 곳에서 많이 우울하고,, 솔직하게는 독일이라는 나라에 환멸났던,, 일주일,, 컨디션이 별로여서 영상 찍어둔 것도 엉망이고 날씨도 별로고 개인적으로 너무 우울했던 주라 올릴까 말까 고민했었는데 이것도 제 유학 생활의 일부분이니 솔직하게 있는 그대로의 생각을 담아봤어요 지금은 허리도 완전히 다 나았고 이 도시에도 조금씩 적응해가고 있습니다😊 앞으로 제가 어떻게 이 도시에 적응해 나가는지 같이 지켜봐 주세요 🙈 오늘도 영상 보러 와주셔서 많이 많이 감사해요🤍 날이 많이 추워졌는데 옷 따뜻하게 입으시고 절대 절대 아프지 마시고!! 또 힘찬 일주일 보내시길 바래요💜 그리고 수험생 여러분들 (지금 이 영상을 보고있지 않길 바라지만,,) 모두 원하는 결과 얻을 수 있길 저도 이 곳에서 간절히 함께 응원하고 있겠습니다 화이팅! 🙏🏻 Hi everyone :) Today’s video is my first week in a new city! 저도 허리 아파봐서 그 서러움 잘 아는데 외국이라 즉각적인 치료가 안돼서 더 힘드셨겠어요ㅠㅠ 그래도 나아지셨다니 다행이지만 다음부터 진통제 드실땐 술 절대 안돼요! 간도 같이 훅 갑니다ㅠㅠ

Hey. I live in Germany since my birth and I can tell you: all doctors are like yours. I needed a therapy real bad but nobody accepted me as a patient and I didn’t get an appointment in the clinic because I needed to go there once a week in the morning and they don’t work after three o clock and I work until five. I had to wait 8 months for them to tell me this. Another appointment for eye sight took me three months waiting time. The doctors here don’t really care. Some doctors don’t even look at your symptoms they just give you medication. I hope you stay healthy and start feeling better with your back. Maybe a gym membership can help you with your backpain for doing exercises on gym machines especially for your back. I’m sure the friends you found care about you. You’re so strong - you moved to a whole new country just by yourself. Stay safe

same experience,Germans complain in Korea for the use of too many machines and the attitude of "next next”of Doctors always calling their patients like in a hurry but here in Germany Doctor hear more but do nothing they'll just say just take this med and go home u have to wait again next month for next appointment..i once complain in Korea about a right side pain that i have been having in my abdomen the Doctor ordered right away an MRI problem solved i didn’t go home worrying what could it be.

I am living in germany too, and i had to wait 2 years for a therapy appointment .Like some doctors really dont care :( And i am sorry my english it is Not Good 🥲

i can testify to this..i’ve been living here all my life and it has gotten only worse in the past 10 years. you wait forever for an appointment and then when you finally have it they don’t even do anything and just brush you off without properly listening. unless you’re 60+ with obvious and pre-existing conditions then you’re not seen as a patient “worth” taking seriously. especially orthopedics.

I feel you! I moved to a new place last year and till this day, I still feel lonely living alone although I made friends and joined some activities. Just keep moving forward and keep yourself busy! As for your back pain, try doing some gentle stretches and yoga. Back in March, I joined Body and Brain, which was founded by Ichi Lee. You should check it out. I believe the organization posts a lot of videos on KZread. The exercises help with my well-being all around. I hope you will feel better soon! 😊

moving alone to a new country is a very tough journey, i've been where you are mentally and it was very traumatizing for me too, but hang in there 😥 you were brave enough to make the decision to leave home, you surely can get through this! 파이팅 ✊✊

I can relate to u in so many aspects.i myself also an international student in munich and last week i had to move out to another room and i had to do ecerything by myself from carrying luggage like take 2 luggages with stuff and then empty them and bring them back for the next round, i was suffering from back pain, i would literally cry if i lay down on the bed cos i wont be able to wake up then, the last part where u said if something happens to u who would know, i have that question everyday in my life while shedding tears, but physical pain as well as emotional pain vanish becausewe remember why we were here after all, hope u know u are not alone in this, we are sometimes lonely, and helpless but we manage to find a way❤❤

I can totally relate to this as well 😞, this year I decided to do it through a moving company bc only God knows how much I struggled last year all by myself, stay safe and take care of yourselves, we will get through this 🙏🏾❤️

바덴뷔르템 소도시에서 공부하고 있는 학생이에요ㅠ 저도 이제 독일 생활 5년차 되어 가는데.. 대상포진으로 너무 아파서 병원갔다가 테어민 못받고 병원 앞에서 펑펑 운 기억이 있네요.. 정말 독일생활 가끔 , 종종 환멸과 서러움 너무 공감되요ㅠㅠ 그래도 언젠간 우리가 이렇게 고생하고 서러웠던 즐거웠던 모든 기억들이 빛을 보길 바래보며 앞으로 우리의 타지생활 힘내보아요! 너무 수고했고 앞으로도 잘할 꺼에요 유일님🙂🎀

저랑 존똑이네요 저도 대상포진으로 병원 갔다가 세 군데인가 까이고 겨우 진료받은;;;;; 사보험이 아니면 새환자를 안 받는 독일 클라스 ㅋㅋ 대상포진은 응급실이 제일 최고예요. 대상포진은 나름 무서운 거라 응급실에서도 잘 접수되고 하우스아츠트와 처방전이 별반 다르지 않더라구요 ㅡㅡㅋㅋ

Hey, I am from germany and can relate to the situation you‘re in! Most of the doctors here really don‘t care. But it maybe helps to keep searching. I could find a good one and they are normally pretty helpfull and you can get an appointment in a week or so. But for this one you would need to drive an hour by bus or train. I’m actually studying in the same city as well, so I can tell how long the way would be. It‘s funny, that youtube showed me this video😅 Hope you’re getting better!

I had lower back pain, I found heat pack, ibuprofen and gentle exercise daily like pilates/yoga really helps. The yoga/pilates really helps relax the muscles. I do it each evening. After the exercise I will put on the heat pack and rest for the rest of the evening. you can find gentle yoga/pilates on youtube.

마지막 부분에선 저도 같이 울컥하면서 봤는데 다행히 허리가 나아가신다니 너무 다행이예요ㅠㅠ 한국에서 가족들과떨어져 살때도 아프면 서러운데 타국에서 얼마나 서러우셨을지ㅜㅜㅜ한뼘 더 성장한 유일님 응원해요!

I suffered from severe back pain during my university days. And I still do when the weather gets cold. During those times I was leaving far from home. It was really difficult for me to do basic things like laundry, changing the sheets etc. There are few yoga poses for back pain that I did for weeks and felt better. I hope you feel better too . I will pray for your speedy recovery.

Hey :) the heating pad you bought is also available (from other brands) as a reusable one that can be heated in the microwave for example. I think they are in the long term cheaper and easier. Maybe this is helpful for you

Yes, I would recommend a "Kirschkernkissen" which you can heat up in the microwave or oven. Should be available in drugstores/"Drogeriemarkt" such as dm, Müller or Rossmann.

I teared up watching this, I know the feeling of the doctors not caring and feeling so alone in it...you can do it, stay strong.. ♡

I can totally understand how you must be feeling right now. I moved to another city two years ago, too. Even though I was born and raised in Germany, it was still very overwhelming and stressful for me. I know it's not easy, but don't give up. Soon you will adjust to everything and you will definitely have many good people around you. Lots of love and support from Rostock!

Keep strong . I know how you feel. I left my country when I was 19 to go to London, I think I cried for the first two and half month because I did not know any english, I did not have a good job so no a good pay. It's the process of doing everything by ourself, also doing food shopping or doing laundry it was frustrating . these are little things we take for granted that are easy but in reality if you are one person doing them, with so many things to do during the day ,it takes time to get used to,,you learn that everywhere there are things that we could never understand but that it is normal for the locals, sooner or later one gets used to all this and one becomes more open mentally, but believe me 6 years later I feel I have learned so much. You will be fine. Keeping strong, you can do it 💛❤

thanks for posting yooil. I just recently subscribed to your channel. I watched most of your videos because I want to go to school abroad too. This video really shows that life as an independent student aren't all rainbows and sunshine like most youtube videos i've watched so far. That people behind the camera are people too and experience hardships as well. I also read a manhwa called "Daily France" about her student life in France and my heart ached for her as well. Hope you are doing well despite the bad experiences you had. More good memories will come that will overshadow the bad ones. Take care 🥰

I remembered when I had really really hurtful backpain when I just started to work. I couldn’t drive, I couldn’t sit properly, I couldn’t even move an inch but in the end I pushed my self to go to work and my backpain slowly healed when I started to join a zumba class. I’m going through a lot of back pain at the moment too. It has been a year now actually. I was diagnosed with spondylitis and fibromyalgia and I am 21 years old. The best thing that helps me at the moment to relieve pain is 1) applying heat with a hot pack 2) gentle massage by either a physio therapist or masseuse 3) and gentle exercises for muscle relief and disc pain. Please stay strong….it’s very very difficult to struggle without support from family. I really will pray for you 🥺❤️

I’ve just moved to the UK from Singapore too, and indeed it’s so hard adjusting to a new country. I totally understand your pain. One thing I learnt when dealing with doctors, no matter in which country, is that you have to be specific in what you want. For example, telling the doctor you wish to be referred to a physical therapist. I had knee pain and went to the pharmacist, and he told me there isn’t any medication he could prescribe me with other than painkillers like ibuprofen. So I think there could also be limitations in medicine. I hope your back is better now though 💕

This video represented my stay in Germany so much I felt like I was watching myself. It's been a nightmare to live in Germany for the past 2 years because of the lack of care that professionals have and how alone I've been feeling, so I completely understand how you must be feeling. I'm going back home next year, and hopefully, I'll be able to move on and feel better :') Fighting!!

I know the first few weeks adjusting to a new place, let alone a new country is the hardest, the homesick is inevitable, but thats it, after you passed that phase, i think its going to be fun and games after that. Living alone is great, but nothing can beat the feeling of being comfortable and secured just like back home. Home is home, no matter how far we go, anyway i love your vlogs! Definitely subbed!

Relatable. I hope you will get better soon. I went through this as well back in the past. Living alone is not always easy. I remembered I was carrying a few boxes and a laundry rack from my old place to a new place. I was walking back and forth. The new place didn't have any elevator😭 But this too shall pass, trust me. Time moves really fast. It's just that there are moments where we tend to feel like we're alone and nobody is there for you. Stay strong, I am sure you will get through it and other hardships to come. Hwaiting!

I was so surprised when I recognized Saarbrücken! I grew up in Saarland and seeing someone experiencing and exploring places most familiar to me for the first time is fascinating, weird but in a good way. I hope you have a great time at Uni and better experiences with doctors and such in the future..

So sorry to hear you had to go through the same struggle as me upon moving to Berlin…it took some’ time before I could find a nice doctor that could help me with my back pain. Hold on a little longer and you will not regret your decision. Just ask around at school at least a few people will help you :). Good luck with everything and be strong!
