『善戰的狼』vs『鎮山的虎』，這對姚志明跟韓廷的比喻確實是很到位‼️ 沉浸式體驗派的許凱，對角色的理解向來透徹且精準：韓廷確實是深謀遠慮、格局大、且理性凌駕情感（不會因為私情而放棄原則）的決策型領導；而姚志明則是外冷內熱、渴望家庭溫暖的流浪貓，他所謂的原則是會被情感因素所動搖的。 男生的妝造確實比女生更難有變化，更何況姚志明跟韓廷還是類似的人設定位；可是但凡看過劇的，都能清楚且輕鬆地分辨出小明跟韓總之間的差異之大。 小明是一路摸滾打爬才得以上位的“高級打工人”，而韓廷則是含著金湯匙出身世家的天之驕子；所以無論在氣質、穿搭、儀態談吐、心性底色、格局手段甚至語速語氣，其實許凱都極其用心區分地去做出了明顯差異化的呈現‼️ 妝造即使近似，也能夠讓觀眾快速分辨出角色，這點跟那些公式化演員的“演什麼都像同一個樣”的差距😏真真是雲泥之別‼️ “演什麼、像什麼”，就是許凱優異的演技實力👍🏻 「對校園劇想“體驗”，而非“試”」；這措辭的嚴謹完整體現出許凱對『演員』這職業敬畏的精神👍🏻 真的，在每次訪談中都會被許凱的高雙商所驚豔到。👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 "Executor" vs "Leader"；this metaphor about Yao Zhi ming and Han Ting is indeed very accurate‼ ️ Xu Kai， who is an Immersive experience actor， has always had a thorough and accurate understanding about his roles: Han Ting is indeed a decision-making leader who is far-sighted， has a big picture、 and reason over emotion (will never give up his established principles just because of personal emotional factors)；while Yao Zhi ming is a stray cat、 who is cold on the outside and hot on the inside 、hunger for the warmth of a family， his so-called principles can be shaken by emotional factors. It is indeed more difficult for maleactor to change their modeling than actress，not to mention that Yao Zhiming and Han Ting still have similar character positioning ；but anyone who has watched the show can clearly and easily tell the difference between Zhi Ming and Han Ting. Zhi Ming is a "senior executive" who worked hard all the way to get to the top， while Han Ting is successor from a well-born family； so no matter in terms of temperament、 clothing、manners and conversation、 character traits、 way of doing things even the speed and tone of his speech，Xu Kai actually used great care to create very clearly differentiated presentations‼ ️ Even if the makeup is similar，the audience can quickly identify the character.
