I think my favorite line in the game might be "Hello, Jorji." It actually replaces the title. You get so accustomed to Jorji coming and going that you don't even say "papers, please." You greet him like a friend.

If you notice, Jorji always carries drug. His weight is always around 63-65kg while his real weight is 59-60kg as shown on his paper in his first detainment

Pekora's Papers Please streams have been fucking god tier. I just want to say that she's become so damn fast and precise at it as well. I saw her whip out the sniper rifle and gun down a trespasser in the middle of checking documents and get right back to work without batting an eye. Her interactions with everyone coming through have been hilarious and her interactions with Jorji and EZIC encounters have been amazing.

Spoilers for the game: I really love how if you pity Jorji and dont get him arrested for being a drug dealer and let him pass/deny him he treats you like a good friend and gives you the option for you and your family to leave the country during your last encounter with him and he wishes you the best. Add that with Pekora's way of treating him with care and you get the best dynamic duo ever

Actually, if I recall, he'll do that regardless; you can deny, detain or allow him entry if those are the proper courses of action, do everything 'to the letter of the law', and he'll still like you. That's why people like Jorji; even when you arrest him, he's not mad at you. You're just doing your job, he understands that.

And the only time he's shown anger is when you deny him entry when he have an actual, perfectly valid ~~and might be forged~~ paperworks. There's no incentive either, as you'll get a citation for it. Edit notes: i didn't know how to gendered pronouns
