Yes. She was one of his competitors on Singer 2017. She is also the one he sung "We are the World" with. Her name is Tia Ray.

@@viniciusjesus2867 She could answer 2 or 3 things about him and change the topic. She's trying to get international fans using her "friendship" with Dimash and not her own talent as singer. If this is how she wants to get our attention she will fail. Work harder, girl! and let Dimash alone. He's trying/doing his best to reach out his goals and make his dreams come true. He's not using others fame to be famous.
