Xiao Zhan's evaluation of Yibo was actually pretty deep. When he referred to Yibo as being innocent after having being in the Chinese entertainment industry longer than he has, he probably was a bit shocked that Yibo managed to retain his purity/youthfulness albeit being in a harsh environment, in a dog eat dog world to survive in this industry. Chinese entertainment industry especially is a savage place where gossip accounts and rival companies will do anything to sabotage and slander you if you're deemed too popular. And with them being super famous after the untamed, various gossips and rumours had since exploded to smear their good unblemished names. So he really appreciates Yibo for being his fun loving mischievous self still, remaining unchanged after already a few years into this industry. 'it's a very rare and precious thing' indeed! And XZ even said 'don't be in this line of work anymore' when asked what would he say to his future self 10 years later. Hopefully right now, they can walk through this dark path together.

Not only did Yibo experienced the Chinese entertainment industry at a young age, he also was (or still is but he is in hiatus) a K-Pop idol so he experienced Korean and Chinese entertainment industry.

Me I pray and wish one biggest directors from Hollywood to take them away from that china. Poor babies Xiao fans and yibo fans you can make it happen tag one best director or producer of Hollywood to feature them in an action movie or korea.

I love Xiao Zhan's answers. Always so considerate, elaborate and well detailed. And so cute when he said "naughty kid" to Yibo in his local accent. 😆

Thing is - yibo says that he only talks alot when it's about his interest/hobbies (motorcycle, skateboarding, games, dancing, etc.), but aside from games, xiao zhan actually doesn't fulfill any of the what yibo says normally would get him talking. xz doesn't ride motorcycle, isn't into skateboarding, is pretty average at dancing (his focus is clearly singing), and even with games from other interviews, it was clear that yibo would drag him into various games and then like to beat xz and then feel satisfied about it (tbh i'm pretty sure he was trying to show off to zhan ge that he's awesome lol, that's why yibo like to find "cheng jiu gan" with you~~). And there are plenty of other guys in cql who games (yubin, ji li for example), and in fact his other show Gank Your Heart, yibo mentioned in an interview that he slowly got to get used to his fellow actors there because they all play games. AND YET he doesn't talk or behave like this to anyone except xiao zhan. And like, based on his previously mentioned criteria, xiao zhan barely fits enough for him to chat with. He also doesn't teach anyone dancing except xiao zhan, doesn't act cute except with xiao zhan, doesn't even talk unless it's required or xiao zhan's around. Gosh if there is a prime example of a boy who likes someone and kept pulling on that other person's hair/pigtails, teasing them, trying to show off in front of them, and wouldn't leave them alone even though he's also teasing/bullying them...*cough*

There's even this 9 minute video of them praising and bickering the whole way. Yibo was as talkative and loud as Xiao Zhan 😂 only zhange can make him speak more than 3 sentences lol

in the last interview aren't they too close? i watched another interview (yibo & yubin), there's quite some distance between them one more thing, whenever other casts were asked about Yibo, they'll always said "he's cold, he looks distant, it's hard to get close to him" but XZ is the one who will say yibo is fun-loving, innocent and mischievious

Yes indeed, in this interview they sit together super extra close. It's the interview in wich they do not care the most for others to see how close they are. Even XZ dared to speak to WY in a caring way even when he calls him "little rascal".
