The red flags 🚩🚩🚩 are waving clearly in this drama. First, I assume she's already 18 when they became a couple, the age gap is not really a problem except that she's still a student and their priorities are different. Second, at your age and stage of relationship, how dare your partner to ask you to choose between him and your family? Third, possessive, jealous and control freak partners are difficult to handle that even family members (younger brother), though not blood related, he gets jealous of? Fourth, He is even rude at the dinner table not considering your parents' feelings and effort. Lastly, gifting a doll isn't creepy enough? Gifting a ribbon to signify you belong to him and that others should not look at you is another level of creepiness. If I were her, gurl run as far away as you can! 🏃💨🤣

I need a three male lead that isn’t toxic or controlling 😂 I swear all the handsome and rich ones got issues .

Luo Xi isn't any better... Ou Chen changed his way of treating Xia Mo near the end of the drama. Both guys are toxic for Xia Mo but Ou Chen won my heart at the end. You will see why.

The boyfriend Ou Chen looks so possessive. The other guy behaves so disgusting. Now the young lady stands in between. There is no trust to really start a relation ship.

Except the purpose of the lace was control. Not doubting change may take place in future (of the series), but presently he doesn’t want her to appear too attractive (to other guys, by wearing her hair down). That is very toxic and can progress to full-on abuse. It always starts with little things that one might think are “cute” or “jealous”, when in actuality are red flags. Jealousy is not love. 🙏🏾💜

This is the worst love movie I ever watched - He is always angry/in a bad mood - He does not fit well in her family - He has a trust issue - He controls her (even her hairstyle / talk to who) - He made decisions without discussing it with her (force her to study abroad) - He treats her like a doll only
