Really refreshing to see wife and concubines being sweet and not trying to kill or bring each other down. Stupid An may be delusional, but dang he has a happy household by the looks of things❤❤❤

He really got hurt when she said to disown her. Glad that he was very understanding and gentle. If she was with any other lord she wouldn't survive a day.

I really hope Hao Jia doesn’t end up betraying Li Wei down the line. Her character is already being set up for that potential. But I really hope this drama surprises me and takes a different turn with Hao Jia than what is expected.

The sisterhood between the wives and concubines is so cute omg 😍😍 the loyalty and unity between them wow…I hope nothing comes between them and they continue to encourage and support each other throughout the drama

One thing about this drama is that the ladies uplift each other , they support each other regardless of their differnt cultures . They stick together no hatred nothing and they leave to prove that societal norms shouldn't influence a person

Laughing throughout the 3 episodes and the beginning of ep.4 with his wifes calling hin Stupid An is even more hilarious 😂😂😂😂

I really like this drama. The closeness the various wives share with each other and the comedic moments really make it stand out from a lot of the tense calculations these shows typically display. I hope I can catch each episode as it comes out.

So refreshing to watch a story with such a strong emphasis on sisterhood and girls loving and protecting each other. It’s usually mean girls vs the FL

@@kalezuki9231 It's 16 plus Haitang, I believe. 24 is the number of solar terms there are, and the number he aims to collect, but he only ever reached 16. I don't think Haitang gets to be a part of it because she's a wife, not a concubine, and he doesn't have the right to just change her name or erase her family connections.

I love watching these early episodes as you can see how quickly ML goes from being indifferent about taking a wife, to being interested in her as a person and caring about her very quickly.

I don’t think they totally hate living with him, they like everything else and just hate going to his bed (hence they make excuses). And compared to other women of the time they are well off - they are always fed and clothed, have access to books and medical care, etc.
