Holostars like Shien with Tomoe, Roberu on among us, and Naruse Naru collab quite few times with them.

Did fubuki really say that? I highly doubt it... Source? Nijisanji didn't think of anyone as rivals. In fact they helped a hell lot of vtuber and their companies and this includes Hololive when they were struggling. I'm sure Fubuki who experienced that and is the most mature member of Hololive won't say that Nijisanji is a rival(even if they are).

It was funny when I was trying to pair one holo and one niji member together before the collab, I got the Noel-Furen knight combo (came true), the Matsuri-Gundou degen combo (came true), the Shion-Hima looks-dumb-but-actually-smart combo, the Shiina-Fubuki mastermind combo, I thought "eh I dunno if there's anything between Mito and Rushia" BOOOOOOOY I'm glad I was wrong.

Mito is magic tbh. Rushia’s great but Mito’s big thing is that she makes shit work no matter how nonsensical the material. And this wasn’t even nonsensical or ridiculous.
