I missed them so much this past Sunday…also thanks for the warning cause I’m the most squeamish person when it comes to eye stuff, I can’t even watch commercials for optometrists practices so this whole part was like a thing of nightmares for me...i had to keep my hand over the screen and just peek at the subtitles or just focus on Anderson in the background, my body was tense the whole time, I kept saying why are you doing this Lin Yu, please just stop aaah…I feel like I found out about these videos so late, I’m so bad at social media apps and how they function, I get scared I’m gonna press the wrong thing and accidentally post something so the first couple of times that Lin Yu posted one of these clips on his story I thought that was it, that it was just a short clip or photo, it was only when he posted whatever it was that he posted last that I saw the swipe up thing and pressed it to see what that would do and that took me to his fb page and I realized I found a bts gold mine lol…he’d been posting clips from stuff we’ve seen but it had different footage that wasn’t in the videos from Dramasettv or Newshowbizz…and I’ve been trying to find his fb page ever since to watch it again but I couldn’t for the life of me find it, cause I have no idea what it’s called and I didn’t mark the page or save a shortcut, I’m guessing it’s his name in Chinese, I even tried to find it through dramasettv’s fb and youtube, I thought they might have a link to the actors pages but no luck, so I was so happy when this video popped up… 22:15 hahaha what did he think Lin Yu was gonna do that he had to say promise you’ll follow the script…23:50 Omg…this makes me want to see some bloopers from the show, they must have a lot even though Anderson has said a couple of times something along the lines that he’s good at getting the scenes done in few takes, I don’t believe him for one second lol…My god Anderson and the 1 or 0 topic, for a long time he had no idea what it meant, I don’t think he had an idea even when they were filming the hotel scenes and now he can’t stop going on about it, sometimes I feel like he still doesn’t know and just wants to be number 1 because it’s a higher number lol…28:12 hahaha he’s so mad, he’s had to run multiple times, get slapped multiple times and he’s being teased constantly by the cast and crew…I get his frustration.

The whole contact clip just 😣 I remember struggling the first few times when I started wearing contacts, but Lin Yu's struggle was honestly too much. I would have just given up at that point. And no worries. I also found these videos like...two weeks ago. I saw a few on IG was knew they were from longer videos, but I couldn't figure out where they were posted until someone mentioned it to me on tumblr. I'm pretty sure he's the only one that posts extra videos though, so maybe he has an agreement with the show or network or something. His page is just his name. You can even type it in English. Just click on 'pages' and it should be the first option. After seeing all these bts, I feel like Anderson is super serious during the takes, but he goofs off a ridiculous amount when they're rehearsing. Lol when he was trying to find a rock to throw at the cockroach and the director and crew were just laughing and watching him. Or even during the 1 and 0 argument and the assistant director had to be like "Time to focus!". Also when she brought up Benson. I had the same thought process the first time they ever argued about positions in their livestream, so I'm glad I'm not the only one that logic-ed that way.

@@xuemaojiao5247 I’m near-sighted but I’ve never tried contacts I don’t think I could handle it, I’m gonna stick with glasses…and I was so distraught with the whole scenario I don’t know if I understood correctly why he was putting the contacts in, did he say his pupils were too small so the point of the contacts was so his eyes don’t look all white in certain angles??? Must be some sort of agreement cause it’s not some footage he took with his phone it’s actually professional footage from the crew though I don’t know why it’s just him posting it. I’m glad I’m not the only one who didn’t know about the videos until recently…I always feel like I’m the only one out of the loop and I see people posting stuff and don’t understand how they get a hold of certain photos, videos and info, and I go searching for them all over the net but nothing then randomly stuff starts popping up…like there was that video a while back of Lin Yu with a ribbon and Anderson was unwrapping him for his birthday in some program, and I was looking up the casts names and interviews but nothing came up so I could not figure out where people got that short clip from and then like 2 days ago I was actually looking up one of your videos and it just showed up, I recognized the thumbnail and it’s a long video over an hour with Lin Yu, Anderson, Nien Hsuan, Christina, Wei Ting and Clover and I was like where the hell was this when I was actually looking for it…so annoying….And I have to thank you, I tried looking up Lin Yu’s fb again and didn’t understand what I was doing wrong cause I did type in his name even the first time although I was looking in people not pages, so you saying it was just his name made me think a little harder and I managed to find it…I was typing it Lin yu , what I was supposed to be typing was Linyu all together without the space….I’ve also noticed that he takes his work very seriously, in lots of the bts when the director yells cut he immediately goes to the monitor to check how it all looks, he even takes the games seriously, like in that dice game when they got kiss and nipple and Lin yu came up with something like he has to kiss his nipple to apologize and Anderson was so worked up over the fact that that scenario makes no sense… dude it’s not supposed to make sense, it’s a game, it’s supposed to be funny and ridiculous….but then when it’s all done he reverts to mode goofball….

@@Roseadamz Yeah, too much white of his eyes was showing when he looked up and it made it seem like he was glaring all the time so they were trying to make his irises bigger. And I know exactly which video you're talking about. It's been on my to do list for about 3 months now but I keep procrastinating because the sound quality is pretty crappy, there are all 6 of them plus the host which is so chaotic because it's already a headache when there are two people talking, and the first 5 minutes are out of sync. I'll get to it eventually though! That and their press conference which also has crappy audio 😥As for Anderson...he's so dramatic lol I honestly don't think he's actually mad most of the time. Just exasperated because otherwise the whole cast and crew wouldn't make fun of him so often. They definitely find his reactions funny which is why they purposely annoy him

@@xuemaojiao5247 That’s funny, his eyes look like the normal proportions to me…I have to say I’m surprised we didn’t get some cast interviews after the show started airing again, I was sure we’d get at least a couple before it ended even if it was video calls like Nien Hsuan and Christina did…I think the last one we got was that one with Anderson, Lin Yu and Nien Hsuan reading scripts but I think that was after they started filming again but before the show started airing again…There was the one with Lin Yu and Clover and also Jake but I don’t think that had to do with LIS, I don’t know if they’re doing something together I just saw a clip of that…but if I remember correctly around the same time when Lin Yu and Clover posted some photos from when they were filming that, Nien Hsuan also posted some with Anderson but I don’t know if it was an interview or bts stuff or if they were just hanging out…I’m happy that there’s still some content like the press conference and I really want to see how they were at the beginning when they were all still getting to know each other…I’ll happily wait for whenever you get around to it, it can’t be easy especially when the sound is not good and when they’re talking over each other…but I appreciate all the LIS related things you translate….And Anderson is just such an interesting character and the way he gets so easily irritated it’s just an invitation for everyone around him to mess with him cause his reactions are just so entertaining…

@@Roseadamz I also thought they would do more promotions, but then again Nien Hsuan and Christina did do most of the promotion circuit before and during the quarantine already. It was probably a combination of contracts, scheduling since they probably had to use any extra time they had originally set aside for promotions to finish filming. Also, side couples don't usually get as much attention and at the end of the day, as much as we love OuMa in our online community, the general Taiwanese public would be more focused on HsuanFei, especially since Christina is pretty well known. Wei Ting too, actually. I don't know why she didn't promote more...though she is in another drama that's been released this year, so she might have been too busy. And I know what show you're talking about with Lin Yu, Clover, and Jake (and Lin He Xuan, love that little dude). It's kind of like Jeopardy, but more like 8 out of 10 Cats if you watch British game shows. It's very technical. They give you the strokes and the players have to guess what character it forms. Also, idk if you know, but Lin Yu was on an English BL podcast recently! Haven't listened to it, but I know they posted it on Tuesday.
