Si feng is probably one of the best male characters in magical period dramas. His cute, adorable, smart, capable and so tragic that you cannot not feel something for him. He is able to protect the one he love and protect the universe without becoming a jerk in the process, unlike some other dramas

Although so sad that soon after Love and Redemption, he signed up for "Stand by me" and "South Wind Knows My Mood" with Ling Long. :( I can't stand them together after watching how lovely Xuan Ji and Si Feng were as a couple. I wish he could have done more shows with Xuan Ji instead of Ling Long. :( :(

​@@Dee-eh3tt same, they had so much chemistry! I gave stand by me a try and that drama has one of the best court plotline and schemes I have seen. It's also so sad though. The whole cast in that one acted their hearts out to make us cry. that's why til this day, love and redemption is still my favourite from chengyi because at least the ending is a really satisfying happy ending

@Numero23 you must be brave to give Si Feng and Ling Long a go. I didn’t and won’t watch both those shows bcz of Ling Long in FL against Cheng Yi is too much to digest. I don’t find her either beautiful or talented actress at all. Also, Cheng Yi looks more handsome in historical costumes then in modern. Will wait for his future shows, hope no more Ling Long around him in them. 😖

Everything about this drama is perfect, from the leads, their chemistry, other casts, script, plot twist, and happy ending. This is one of the best dramas of all time. I also recommend Immortal Samsara, Cheng Yi is amazing there as well.

I think tantai jin had the worst pain. Cos he died at the end , and unlike si feng he never had a ground and peaceful wedding. He had no chance to talk with his father till he died. I think tantai ji pain was too much

Best drama for me across the world. The love he had for her until the end IS just insane. Had a blast watching it for 3days. the animation acting émotions are just perfect.

I just love how loyal Flying Snake to Xuan Ji that he even broke several heavenly laws to help her despite his admiration to Bailing. The way he values Xuan Ji is something not to be reckoned with. This is such a nice Drama.

It started before she became human. I don't entirely remember the flashback, but she was a male, powerful demon before she was turned into the female God of War. Perhaps someone else remembers the details more clearly...

He changed her whole being, Erased her memories and even made a puppet out of her to kill her own clan. She suffered a lot too. She didn't have her six senses in all those 9 lives. Of course, she made a lot of mistakes but you have to consider that she didn't know as much as we, as the viewer, do. They both suffered a lot.

I'm so happy i found this drama, the cast was absolutely amazing and while there were hiccups, the ending did it so much damn justice, longest running drama i've ever watched and it turned out to be one of the best! Cheng yi deserves so much more recognition along with the other supporting cast, I hope they get it! Will look to future dramas with him 🎊

@@adh9911 in the novel, Sifeng didn't suffer much like in the series. And the ending was beautiful with them getting married, roaming the world and Xuanji getting pregnant. They also add another two chapter about their life in the modern world, and it was Xuanji who seduced Sifeng. Hehe

Not at me thinking how powerful their son will be with mom as god of war and dad as 12 feather red bird.

I have watched countless C-dramas and this is THE BEST ending ever. I cried, laughed and held my breathe through the 59 episodes and the ending was perfect to satisfy all my sleepless nights. I have watched the scene with Si Feng and the baby 10+ times. A first for C-Dramas. It was soooooo sweet!!!!

I'm back rewatching for a second time. I still can't believe this is my new all time favorite, beating even Ten Miles of Peach Blossom, Noble Aspirations, Ashes of Love, Journey of Flower, General and I, and Love and Destiny. Yu Sifeng beats every male lead out there for me. His personality is the most gentle, kind hearted, and understanding. His love is the purest, most innocent, and strongest. He is a character that will stay with me for a long time.

I'm in a 5 way tie now. My top 1 spot is Go Ahead, Under The Power, The Untamed, Love Me If You Dare, and Love and Redemption. Go Ahead started me on Chinese Drama which lead me to Under The Power and the rest is history. I now can't stop watching Chinese Dramas but also get turn back to these 5 number 1s.

Finally, a Happy Ending 👏👏👏 after Si Feng & Xuan Ji suffered so much 😭. This Happy Ending is after 10 reincarnations (1,000 years). I really admire Si Feng - his devoted love to Xuan Ji, his kindness 🥰. I am so happy to see wicked Hao Chen gets punished 👏. Highly recommend this drama 👍👍👍. Hope to see more of Cheng Yi in future dramas

What an awesome ending 💖💖💖 Thank you ... Script writers for giving us a happy ending. I love the way Si Feng carried her and flew to the sky carriage. That was epic 😍😍😍😍.

Wonder why Si Feng is such a humbly person. He got it from his Father (Jade Emperor). He does not judge anybody; he just showing what they responsible for what they did. I feel sorry about King Bailing. He worked too hard and forgot about love and care are the most important like Si Feng. Si Feng's love and care from the beginning to the end. Jade Emperor is so proud of his Son (Si Feng) for the ten life time that he's been living as mortal. This is a GREAT DRAMA to teach teenagers about true love and perseverance. There are many trials in life, never give into evil schemes, and fight for what is right, even though, everybody else judging you wrong, but stand up for what is right. FORGIVE AND FORGET for what other did wrong to you, so you can live in peace.

This drama learns us something : revenge isn’t necessary. Revenge isn’t an option and doesn’t make you feel better. Honestly I saw a lot of drama and let me say that this is one of the best I have seen for now. Thank you so much and I’m so grateful to have been able to watch it with English subtitles. 真的哭了这一整集，司凤死，柏麟和罗喉计都死，无支祁和紫狐忘川拥抱，柳大哥和玉儿相见，璇玑守着司凤等他苏醒，司凤苏醒后和璇玑拥抱还有司凤和璇玑结婚时，插曲也非常的给力，真的连续哭了快40分钟。 有些角色深得我的心，当中，司凤这么一个无私与至情至深的角色更是让我为之动容。看了莲花楼和沉香如屑，这部也是冲着成毅看的，非常爱他演绎的角色。这部哭了这么几次都是因为成毅饰演的司凤也太虐了。成毅饰演的角色都非常打动我心，看了琉璃更是让我彻底粉上他，会继续关注他接下来的作品❤❤❤

Si fang's sincere love not only successfully made xuan ji to fall for him but also Rahu Ketu😂🤣😅😂. Did anyone notice how he wanted to caress si fang's cheek while looking at him affectionately!! The actor played Rahu ketu really is great!! He's expressions are really awesome 👌👌👌👍
