I prefer the historical dramas over the period and modern day series. Although I may watch one if it has an actor /actress I am familiar with.

Another drama to watch. Watching dramas should be an official job 😂 I could tell people about the stories and the handsome lead males more accurately than Wikipedia can !

This is the third drama that I have seen so far with Xu Kai being a bad boy. Arsenal military, Dance in the sky empire and this one. He is so funny 😂😂😂😂 and I think that is why we love 💕 him😃

I think Court Lady costumes are as accurate to the Tang Dynasty as Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace costumes were accurate to Qing Dynasty

长歌行？我看了前几集就看不下去了，那个维族姑娘除了有两只大眼睛，演技实在太差了，呆板无情调，更无趣味，虽然由吴磊这样的大明星来助力，但是，还是提她不起。若以食品来比喻，那就是淡而无味。

服化道太美了 李一桐出场绿色喜服美极了

I love Chinese historical dramas!!! And every time, the elements are more accurate to the dynasties. Ofc ther are some holes but just appreciate the work, it’s not easy. I love to see, Chinese cultures, elements, traditions, clothing, head ware, traditional Chinese hairstyles, housings, etc. especially the fan in traditional Chinese culture in marriage where they use it to cover their face and more. And only in Chinese culture they use it and has deep meanings to it. Chinese culture is so fascinating and cool!!!

@@xwah5016 yes, it historically they would be neutral. But, this drama, 2nd mom and 3rd mom obviously dislike one another. Plus legitimate and illegitimate children are treated differently. So are main wife and concubines. But it doesn't seem so here. Everything is harmonious (I'm not complaining, it's fresh). Perhaps the Tang is different and they are more relaxed about this inner household social status thing

I highly recommend this drama. 55 episodes of revenge, revenge and more revenge 😃 includes handsome guys some heroes, some lovers and some rascals..lots of drama ... backstabbing, manipulations intrigues at times funny and ahhhthere is love scenes. The Court lady herself reminded me of Nancy Drew. Don't miss out watching this drama.

I've just finished Ancient love poetry and here comes another drama of Xukai ge 💜💜💜 his dramas are all exceptionally good.
