[RECIPE]
Ingredients
400g chicken meat
10 garlic cloves
1/2 scallion, cut
2 dried red pepper, cut, seeded
10 shishito peppers, sliced
1 green hot pepper
1T rice wine
1/2T cooking oil
Seasonings) a.p.soy sauce 4T, fine red pepper powder 2t, ginger extract 1t(minced ginger 1/2t), minced garlic 1T, water 1/4C, black pepper t.t
Preparation)
1. Prepare the chicken meat by rinsing and make a nice score; season with rice wine.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together to create the seasonings.
3. In a heated pan, cook the chicken meat and garlic to brown.
4. Add the seasonings followed by dried red pepper, scallions, and shishito peppers; continue to cook for 10 minutes under med. heat.
5. Slice to a bite-sized pieces and sprinkle the shishito peppers on top. Enjoy!

    치킨은 시켜드시면 맛있긴 합니다만 기름도 그렇고 자주 드시긴 좀 그렇죠 닭순살구이도 한번 해드세요
