I think he is telling the truth. I always think that if someone is not very good at acting, like Kao (if you watched the early episodes of lovely writer), is people that will use his own personal character to act (because they just cannot pretending themselves to be someone they are not), the only explanation why Kao is acting much more better in the later episodes is that when he gets closer to Up, he feels more comfortable with Up (like buddies), and then he can put more emotion towards him. Just my opinion.

She knows EXACTLY what she’s doing in every meeting. That’s why we all end up laughing with them in the video because she just knows how to make everything fun and entertaining.

Lovely writer has a lot of kissing scenes, but I can still proudly show it to my friends and family. The kisses in this series are consented. It is full of love. It is not forced. It is a decision that both of them have chosen. This series is really the best bl series I have watched since 2016.

No unneccesary fanservice. It changes the dynamics significantly. And i think since Kao is kinda introverted, he doesnt do so well in huge crowds. And Lovely Writer has lesser lead roles so maybe thats it?

Yeah, Up is a good screen partner to Kao and the other way around. Comfortable and nature interaction is way way better than forced fan services :)
