Since no one's commented yet, I'll be the first. I'll try to comment on every episode. I know there's another drama that has the same theme going on, but the acting, effects and plot are just dumb. This is refreshing. It shows the stark contrast between the Qing Dynasty and the current China. Look around at the touch screens, skyscrapers, fashion and behavior. Look at the freedom and wealth she has as a single woman. I'm interested to see how she's pulled into the past

Dreaming back to qing dynasty super cute and all artist are perfectly molded in there role.good job any and mr honesty.

This is an interesting storyline for this drama. I have noticed that employers have no sense of time for the lower-level employees. I mean, I thought it was illegal to ask an employee to work beyond work hours without pay. I say that because she didn't say that the girl would be compensated for any OT. This boss lady is up to something. I can feel it in the first few minutes of episode 1.

I'm loving this drama so far! What a fun plot twist and such a creative drama! I'm all for creative stories! Here's to a fun and interesting drama!

I agree, not totally move to the pass or future but still in the mid. of things.

One of the best time travel drama from China. My top 5 for sure. Love it like Ethernal love 1,2,3, Romance of Rose and Tiger, Love wave through millenia, Scarlet heart (like better korean version but orginal is great too).

@@yorkieandi Palace is great too but more serious, lot of cunning, jelousy etc. I watch two sezons it and enjoy cos have good ending but some episides were sad. Thats why in my top 5 are more light hearted / comedy dramas.

Wang An Yu is cute, charming and handsome 🥰! Love all his dramas ❤️

T.T I really loved the songs in this drama (especially "I've Arrived Because of You" by Yuan Ya Wei)... sadly, I would have loved the drama more had it kept this vibe throughout the series. It would have been fine with just this concept of "dreaming" to different eras.

I would had liked and wanted to see this show if it weren't voice-over dubbed for the two main leads. I watched like about 10 to 15 minutes of an episode; the dialogues said by the leads were awkward and weird that didn't sound or feel right for me to continue watching it, even though I do like the leading actor and actress in the lead roles.

No. The Chinese version (the original one before the Korean version came out) is called Startling by Each Step 2011 aka Scarlet Heart as well.

I believe this was based on a novel. Though there's an original time traveling one of the same time Era called Startling by Each Step aka Sxarlet Heart. Which I like the best
