Hello, very good video. I recently purchased the gtc 400 c. But it comes in a hard case L box. But I like your hard case, is much smaller. I want to buy a case like yours. The Bosch gtc 600 c is also available, with better resolution, extended range, but the price is almost double. I have an extended range of tools in the 12v platform from bosch. The alkaline battery adapter is good. But it is not in my set. Maybe I can find it separately.

Thank you for your comments. I appreciate it. I watched your review of the GTC 400C it was also visually informative. It seems Bosch intended to have different package contents depending on market region. My hard case is called Tuffcase 300 linked below for your reference. The Bosch 12V cordless battery system was really a big advantage for those of us who already have tools in this platform. I believe the AA battery adapter and the soft carry case were included instead to keep the cost down. Good to know about the GTC 600C. I hope you can find an AA adapter. @@ramschannelreviews Thank you for the link. Based on it I found a very similar hard case from Underwater Kinetics. The battery adapter is expensive almost the price of 12v 2ah battery. I bought the battery.

@@ugurtug471 I appreciate your comments. The GTC 600C's specs are a step up from the 400C. It's quite impressive. The main advantage of the 400C is still it's affordability. But for first time buyers who have the budget for it, the 600C should make for an even better alternative.

10:23 Can you transfer Thermal image? I'm asking about livestreaming... I want to have the camera, set in the working field (environment) - livestreaming to my laptop, while me - being in a safe place, to observe what the camera is shooting.

Unfortunately, no. Live streaming is not possible, although that would be a good idea- remote thermal scanning! Data transfer is "after the fact": (1) USB when transferring to PC (2) WiFi when transferring to the Bosch Thermal app in a smartphone. Thanks for watching.

Technology advancing very fast. 12 years ago, thermal imager is 5 times the price today, 5 years ago 3 times the price today. Its getting affordable to everyone these days..

You said it. The Bosch GTC 400C is way easier to use than the thermal camera my previous company used many years ago, yet that camera cost more than 10x the GTC 400C.

Thanks for watching. Sorry to hear that your experience with the GTC transfer software was not as favorable as mine.
