Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi (SPBr, military unit A0222, Presidential Brigade) is a military unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It includes the Honor Guard Battalion and the Honor Guard Orchestra, which perform ceremonial functions and accompany solemn events of the highest level, including the participation of the President of Ukraine.
Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion of Russia in 2022, the Presidential Regiment has expanded to a Brigade and stood up for the defense of Ukraine. Units of the Separate Presidential Brigade are involved in the Defense Forces of Kyiv, and also fight in various directions in the east: Kharkiv, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Vugledar.

This is too complicated and bloody war. Everything here is not like modern wars, when the infantry should go ONLY on scorched earth. Only after almost everything was destroyed by missiles and aircraft. No one has fought in such wars since World War II. The Russians did not lie when they said that their army was the 2nd in the world. Yes, the second one, but after the Ukrainian one. Ukrainians are extremely limited in terms of weapons. Biden didn’t want to give any fucking air force, although NATO doctrine clearly states that an offensive is IMPOSSIBLE without air superiority. He didn't want to give damn long-range missiles. Fearing that the bunker rat will start the 3 world. Nevertheless, the Ukrainians, like lions, smash the ruZZky Nazis with what they have. Foreign legionnaires can be understood, not everyone is ready to go to hell. This war is truly hell.

Forgot to mention....... THANK you for the English subtitles!!!! I didn't know that was possible with the "CC" button. I love the languages of the world and listen for any common roots, such as we find among the Romantic languages. Some common roots were necessary in history among totally different languages, and we come to understand HOW certain cultures think in how they use verbs, but the Slavic, Balkan, Baltic, etc. languages are to me a science unto itself :) I'm sure the subtitling/translation is no small effort, so big gratitude to the team.

Thank you for your support and your personal sympathy for Ukrainians. Since childhood, I have been fond of books about English knights, King Richard the Lionheart, Robin Hood, etc. In the 1980s and 1990s, I sent my children (daughter and son) to the UK during school holidays to study English there, living with English families. There were such special tourist programs in Ukraine. And then the same English families again invited my children to their home, but privately. My children loved their English friends and passed their love on to me and my wife. I don't speak English and I write with the help of Google translator. I hope you understand me. Together with the artillery, they fight down the enemy with their fire. They alone break their last resistance. They bear the main burden of the fight and make the greatest sacrifices. Sick, just sick! 80 years after the end of the war, or rather 2 to 3 generations later, the Germans are still reduced to one thing! But I'll tell you one more thing before you retreat to the hole you came from........ Unfortunately, statements like yours in Germany are increasingly leading to the fact that one should no longer support the Ukraine, since one is only reduced to one's past as a German! And that must not happen! This is a good, tough troop! This type of fighting is VERY hard and dangerous, as is obvious. Stress levels and adrenalin are off the charts! Not just anyone can do this, and stay alive! It takes guts, training, and good weapons. Great job!
