If you watch carefully znn's timeline, in some interview nunew said he at first was afraid of Zee because of his stern behavior towards a new person. And along the time, after nunew had lots of workshops with Zee, about 15 workshops and then he began considered Zee as his idol/crush. Meanwhile Zee, he had fond of nunew from the first time he saw him. Even before they talked to each other. From my point' of view, it was Zee whom very first had growth the feeling for nunew. Whether it was brother love feeling at first, or finally more than phinong.
