I should have waited for the end. Shenandoah National Part is in Virginia so this is Washington, DC and NOT Washington state. This is called District Of Columbia, that is the state. But commonly referred to as Washington, DC.

West coast Washington state? Or....Washington, DC (District of Columbia)??? Looks more like DC?
