in China, we have 100km (62mph) for highways with 2 lanes, 110km (68mph) and 120km (75mph) for highways with 3 lanes or more. a lot of drives drive at more than 150km (90mph) in the inter-state highways when road is not crowded and no cameras. There are cameras every 10km-20km in most highways. and there are also highway patrols (not as many as in the USA though).

In the northeast, traffic cameras are common on the interstates - if caught, a ticket will sent to the address where the car is registered with time stamp, location and speed - then either pay it in full or go to the court that may be far away from the address. The speed limit for most highways in China is 120km/h, which is roughly 75miles.
