Supongo que lo que da a entender la escena son todo lo que en ese momento Yi-jin estaba pensando, probablemente en como perjudicaría a Hee-do, eso se confirma cuando le dice que "Podrían intentar ese tipo de amor"

It seems like NJH gets hurt by KTR’s rxn to his kiss in the first take and then in the second take she reassures him that she is into him too. Zoom in like 3x and listen on headphones and you’ll see what I mean.
