it's not really "ignoring" them, they just let them do their thing, also not to mention the stylists of idols are married (a requirement, I heard), so chatting with married woman is- and we only see seconds of idols with stylists, there's obviously probably moments where a convo is striked up about weather or them asking how eachother day is or something
