I always thought since the beginning of the show that just because some applicants won't debut with this group doesn't mean that they won't debut at all. I'm sure most of them will continue with training or get scouted by other agencies. Like Yeonjun said to them at the end, they can consider ILAND as a stepping stone to future debut.

@@ucantparkjiminheaintevenac1616 when they were dividing parts, he got part 9 that's why.. (Part 1 is the center and the main character in a performance..) If the question is why did he get part 9, I don't know... He was always given parts with less lines🥺he performed really well despite having short parts and got a very good score in the first test but got eliminated to ground by ilanders. He returned to iland in part 2 having an overall second position among the 12 ilanders. He is a very hardworking and talented and he is soooooo matured for his age. Kindest and sweetest person I've ever seen. Dk why he wasn't given good parts. He still did so well.. Ofc other ilanders took good care of him but they didn't notice him a lot even though he was the maknae of iland. He wasn't treated like niki taki or jungwon. But yes..hyungs(especially sunoo, K Jay and jungwon)supported the maknae when he needed support. Hope he makes his debut soon❤🥺

He has so much control over his voice, he is stable, and his emotions are on point. He can understand the song amazingly and give you goosebumps. He also has good technique. He definitely should be main vocal.

When they called Heeseung's name as the first member to debut i screamed 😅, i don't care about his rank anymore, i just feel relieved that he is in the debut team.

Even Heesung’s ‘huh!’ Is perfect. The stability of his voice and performance, and my bias is Sunghoon, but Heesung is just really on a different level.

Honestly, I think K would suit being a solo artist a lot more than being in a group. He seems like more of an individual performer (he kind of reminds me of Taemin, who is great in a group but also really shines as a soloist) and stands out more individually. I also hope Daniel debuts in the future.

I knew Heeseung is the ace of Enhypen when I first get to know them and he is indeed amazing on stage but after watching i-land I finally get why people call it as 'The show for Heeseung to collect his members'. His vocal stability is literally on another level not to say he is also insanely good in dancing and can rap with really good flow and diction. He is the birth of a star who could easily bring out the balance of his team as the center HYBE is just so lucky to have him with them.

Fina Rosalina, But the thing is, he debuted right? Now, these ranks don’t mean anything. He’s still #1 for me. If it helps, a lot of fans didn’t vote for the ones they thought were safe/stable like Heeseung and Sunoo. So don’t worry, he still has a big fan base, it’s just that a lot thought he was safe.

The way Heeseung falls, plus his perfect falsetto and expressions are by far the best part of this performance, without a doubt! 2:36 almost 2 years later I'm still coming back here to review it because it still gives me goosebumps.

I keep coming back here every week because they were unbelievable in this performance. My favorite performance from I-Land. Heeseung was already a pro and so ready to debut. I still feel like I-Land was created focused on Heeseung in finding who would debut with him.

I felt like the producers were shocked that the global fans voted more for Niki to be part of the group rather than K given how K was more consistent since day 1. He was even rank 1st last week! I'm sure it made it tough for them to decide between Sunoo and K. But the reality is they had to pick one.. EDIT: Let's not spread hate to the debut team members or anyone but rather support all I-LANDers in whatever future that awaits them. 😊

and sunoo was picked cause he had consistent hype for episodes, if he wasnt un the debut line up more people would boycott the group. It also didnt help that K had that whole controversy, even if it was not true...

I can't stop replaying 2:37 (heeseung's part), he stepped into i-land already knowing that he's going to debut-
