엔터&헤메스&방송업계 함부로 환상갖고 들어오지 마세요. 몸 상하고 정신병 얻습니다. 음악방송 새벽에 녹화하잖아요. 스태프들은 연예인 출근 두시간 전에 출근해서 대기해요. 막내급들은 잠 못자요. 근데 돈도 안줘요. 정말 나는 이거 아니면 안되고 내가 실장이나 메인급 까지 올라가겠다 하는 사람만 시작했으면 좋겠습니다.

정말 이거 아니면 안되고 실장까지 올라가겠다라는 생각해도 비추... 왜냐면 제가 그생각으로 들어갔거등여... 나는 잠도 못자면서 일한 노동력 가져다 바쳐 남 돈벌어주고 나는 돈 없어서 궁핍한 생활 몇년 버텨도 상관없다. (몇년후 독립해서 실장이 아니라 팀장급 정도돼서 중소기업 인턴 월급정도 받을때까지 몇년... 실장은....뭐 언젠가...팀장하고 몇년 더하면..뭐 되려나?+남들 결혼할때쯤 난 모은돈 하나도 없을거임) 혹은 집에 돈 많아서 돈욕심 없다. 또 내가 실장 되고서 아랫사람에게 돈 제대로 안줘도 상관없는 노양심이다싶으면 추천; )b 차라리 의상팀을 가시길... 스타일리스트 어시 012 퇴사자 올림

오히려 지나가는 일반인이 더 확률높을듯ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 매니저나 스탶들은 의외로 연예인이랑 잘 안엮임. 물론 소수의 사귀는 사람도 있겠지만 차라리 근처로 이사가세요.

I love this series of videos when you bring in other professionals from the Kpop/Korean entertainment industry. They're often forgotten and not appreciated enough. We all know the artists work hard but we often don't notice the team of people around them working just as hard to aid them. For stylists, they often get hate for Idols with a bad hairstyle or makeup when really, its not them making the choices either. Plus the amount of times their job just gets talked down to being a fantasy job where you get to get close with idols. But you can clearly see these ladies are serious about what they do and work very hard to help the stars shine.

Yeah, that’s why every time I see comments from international fans criticising the stylists’ outfit choice on their favourite female idols such as the short skirt without a security pants underneath, a mini tight one piece dress, etc I’ll try to correct them while also being annoyed at these fans 🙄😒. Most of the times, these female idols know what they’re getting at and how short their skirts will be because they’ve already planned about it beforehand with the company so it’s absolutely not the stylists’ responsibility at all. If these idols wear those, you should also know that it’s partly their choice in expressing their own style and taste in fashion so you’re actually pointing your fingers at them, not the staff. Duhh

Fans would often bully the people working behind the scenes for decisions their idols probably made themselves. They tend to forget that their idols have concepts and preferences that the stylists work around with. And at the end of the day, they are the still the clients that the stylists have to please.

they mentioned that their stylist (OMG's) gives them basically a draft of what they want in that comeback, so i'm guessing the stylist dresses them. But however it is actually done, i think the OMG styling staff is the best in kpop industry. their dress, makeup and hair have always been on point for every comeback and each comeback always has a theme which they execute very well. it also shows how long they've worked with OMG since they always dress each member in what it seems to be their prefered style while keeping the overall theme.

The stylist for clothes is a different person, omg dress stylist has been working in the industry for years, she used to be a stylist of SNSD Jessica and the late Sulli. All in all OMG styling team fr hair to make up to clothes are one of the best in their field.
