Takashi ohi, recurrent host in best motoring used to be the racing instructor to kaz yamauchi. No doubt kaz got some ideas from here. Takashi ohi racing driver school name is "d-rights" which you may remember from some early gt games (gt1, gt2), also ohi san was later used as a test driver in the gt series
昔はFF車を散々馬鹿にしてたけどいまはホンダのVTECエンジンとインテグラRの魅力に惚れて好きになった、インテグラはFFなのにFRに負けないぐらいあんなにかっこよく速く走れるのかって驚いたよ、今はFF使いのレーサーに憧れてる。
Lightning reaction by Nakaya. Not only did he managed to avoid the Impreza in split second but also remembers not to run into rx7 on inside lane. If that was me i probably get lucky avoiding impreza but definitely will crash into rx7

gan san is always so dangerous... i know hes the oldest one so he feels some kind of entitlement but its just a demo race. nakaya on the other hand is ridiculously impressive every time.

The Impreza hitting the Integra Type R was truly tragic. But not as tragic as that slow Nissan lol. Luckily neither the Honda or Subaru drivers were hurt and the cars looked fixable

The captions mention Gan San using a "half clutch technique" in the 5 door ITR. What is this referring to?

Zygrene pressing the clutch slightly will let it slip, this rises the engine rpm, so the technique maintains the engine momentum at high rpm.

It's 2019. I'd rather have the S14 out of all of these today. The RX-7 is a close second. We all know what the S-chassis is about now.

Nah, silvia is slow, SR20 is a boring engine. RX-7 first easily, and it drifts just as easily as the silvia does (and is worth way more) Meanwhile I own a DC2.

To convert it to Type R? Impossible, you can add the Type R engine, shocks etc. But you'll be missing all of the internal chassis stiffening, welding, enlarged shock towers, and weight reduction the Type R has, all of that is what really gives it the edge.

My DB8 pedals are not good for heel-toeing so I assume this one had the same issue. Taking up some space to make it easier to heel-toe.
Auch...that hurts...
look at that integra was able to keep up with the rx 7 and its a 4 door thats a shame

coupe means 3 doors and usually a longer wheel base. In Europe we have small quick 3 door cars we call hot hatches but a coupe is more "grown up" usually. EK9 is a hot hatch (the best evaaa). A celica is a coupe for example.

The Honda was the best car in all of this, and that's just the 4dr version, the coupe would be amazing
