I was a barista for a year and a half; It. Gets. Old. You end up not liking the job if the customers are horrible. I actually loved cooking and making drinks and the customer experience ruined it completely for me.. so many people were rude for no reason. One time I was overloaded with orders and no one would help me so I did 30-40 orders myself before anyone asked was I okay, and the customers that were nice I truly missed them. I stayed so long because I couldn't see myself not doing what I once loved.
