A cab filtration system constantly filters the air to provide a safe space for the firefighters in the cab. Gear compartmentation in the crew cab will only be accessible from the outside to support the elimination of harmful carcinogens in the cab. The #Husky3 foam system was selected for its simplicity and ease to operate. Within the engineer’s compartment, drawers have a locking feature to hold position in the closed or open slide out. A transverse compartment is located on the rear body compartment with a removable wall. An electronic hosebed cover increases the safety of their firefighters in their windy area.
