Enforcer™ Pumper - Frederick County, MD
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Frederick County chose the #Enforcer chassis for its interior space, easily adjustable seats, and single piece windshield. The department also added a mounting plate across the engine tunnel for equipment. This 750-gallon #Pumper has a short wheel base of 180” for better maneuverability, traditional lap doors for better functionality, a low profile hosebed, and partial solid hosebed cover to protect the hose. #FrederickCountyMD

My county! Nice work!
Absolutely beautiful rig. Graphics, including lettering/numbering, is perfect. No overkill. There's enough of that out there already.
Very nice, I truly like the scene lights being low profile but bright & efficient, wish we could see them in operation at night. Stream line roof if not see a whole lot anymore, but he provides a great reasoning why they decided against it.

Bill Blast the medium/large Metro area I live in orders 95-99% Flat Roofs. We don’t really need raised roofs, and they cost a fair bit more money.
Good looking Pierce!
Look cool

Can you show south metro and Littleton p?
2:22 unless you are breaking Maryland’s hands free phone only law, how do you not see a bright red fire truck with flashing lights and sirens, going through an intersection, and cause an accident? Regardless of lighting, they are bright colors, like red for a reason.

it gets a flashing light into intersections before the truck is there and it is closer to eye level which gets your attention
Enforcer Pumper Like Engine 23
Was this wagon actually assigned to Company 2 as Engine 23 or did it go to Company 23 Urbana ?

Brian 3 and they take up more room on a tight street, seems like alot of departments are sticking to the hinged doors recently

Roll ups take away a lot of compartment space, are harder to clean and wax. And when not cleaned are extremely difficult in opening/closing. I also see a lot of difficulty in closing when items get in the way, whereas these door you can close and they will push the item back a little. Lastly you can see when hinged doors are open, so as not to drive away. Roll ups, not so much and folks lose a lot of items going up the road in a hurry

I live in a rural area and a lot of our responses are to areas with dirt roads. Our one apparatus with roll-up doors? It sucks. Hard to open, hard to shut. After 12 years, the seals are essentially gone so everything inside is covered in dust. We recently bought a new to us Engine and one of the must-haves was panel doors, not roll-ups. Both because of the conditions we operate in and because apparatus in our price range will roll-up doors, the doors would probably already have issues with the seals, etc.

Roll up door trap dirt in the tracks. Over time the doors don't roll fluidly.
