Well that's conclusive proof that no whistle was blown before the ball crossed the line or in the build up to the goal.

Think it’s a delay in the whistle to camera, I remember turning my head and not watching, thinking they were off side

@@georgeetboom7719 I strongly disapprove of whoever blew the whistle, but I didn't hear it on the day and looking at the video the noise of the two touches of the ball seem to match up, so I believe it is synched well enough. If you speak to the stewards at our end (including those who came over to try to find out who blew it) I am sure they will be able to confirm that I told them that if I found out who blew it I would happily shove it up their arse to save the stewards the bother. One of them is originally a Stevenage fan. I stood with him and chatted with him about a for a few minutes. For avoidance of doubt I think a fan blowing a referee's whistle during a game is a cunts' trick. Also for avoidance of doubt, if the referee heard it and thought it interfered with play he should have stopped the game and restarted it with a dropped ball. The Laws of the Game are absolutely black and white on that outcome. BTW after Monday's game I will have been to every competitive league and cup match Chatham have played for two complete seasons. I have never known a Chatham fan to blow a whistle at a match. It beggars belief that someone is stupid enough to start now. Good luck on Monday.
