I allow myself to receive the healing energy.

I didn’t expect anything with this one but had a big visual of a grey smoke filled bubble leaving my heart and third eye chakra. They opened in me like a cracked concrete sidewalk, then left out the window and into the sky. I felt a bit sad/weird. It felt like lifelong grey/depression energy. Thank you for being the only healer I have consistently used but have never met/known. That speaks volumes, and I would love to one day meet or speak to you in real life. TY, May you remember that stress isn't bad. However, some stress is unnecessary, so may you begin removing the stress from your life that isn't necessary. May you also find healthy ways that is tailored to you and your own personality to manage your stress. May during and after this meditation begin to feel stagnant energy being released in one and/or multiple ways such as through tears, and/or yawning, releasing your bowels, and/or sweating, and/or heat being released and/or pain moving through your body, and/or belching, and/or excessive laughter, whatever way it can be released, etc. May you begin to feel better and enjoy your daily journey. If you believe in and/or practice cord cutting may you cut cords with past relationships/friendships often if triggers occur that they are attempting to cord you again. Hi Susan, when you say spiritual 'block' and I don't mean this to sound like I'm trying to be clever but usually when someone speaks of a block it is a physical description of a piece of physical matter blocking some other matter from moving past. Where do these 'blocks' occur then in a physical/spiritual way if that makes sense?
