@@trixandbills , Type in shumun resonance frequency, it's the heartbeat of Gaia, or the vibrational frequency of earth this is amazing for grounding. If you can't ground outside.

I am new to the channel and it's helping me so much with healing. I too tell ppl about Lourdes 💖. I needed this my whole life.... unfortunately at the time I didn't see I needed healing. I now practice every day and night. There transformational. ❤️✨✨

I've been using these hr long videos (which I love, THANK YOU) to play in the background while I'm doing yoga in the morning. I'm I still getting the benifits of this even though I'm not being still and thinking more about what how I'm moving? I hope so because it just fits perfectly.
