ENDURANCE: The Documentary about Porsche at the Two Toughest GT Races in the World.
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
In 2019, the world of motorsports saw something it had rarely seen before; the two toughest endurance events in motor racing took place back-to-back: the 24h of Le Mans and the 24h of the Nürburgring. ENDURANCE is the story of the Porsche GT Team that took on this double challenge.

I did this race (24hr ‘Ring) in 2000 and 2001, driving a Caterham 7. The first year we only just made the cut, starting 207 out of 210! The night stint is exactly as he describes! My first night practice, I slowed at the top of Kallenhard because I saw a red flashing light ahead... it was a disco in the forest, also driving through those bbq smoke, smelling the food made my realise we hadn’t eaten all day, working on the car. We weren’t a big team and the drivers had to prep the car. It was a long hard struggle to get to the starting line... then you have to race for 24 hours. We finished both races, finishing 3rd in class - after being put into a faster class both times.

This film transport the spirit of endurance races. I was there at 24h NBG, working at this race for Sorg Rennsport, we had one box and a half box because we run with 9cars; the other half of the box was owned by Manthey. It's always a pleasure to see how the Mantheycrew work. It's like a mechanical movement in a wristwatch. Impressive.
Thx Porsche for sharing this experience!

What a masterpiece, the two best races in the world, and by the hand of Porsche. I love the fact that they made this even they didn't win, so inspiring to see all the hard work, the feelings, the tension...
what i really love about this documentary is, unlike what you might assumed for a sports car company's promo flick, this movie is not about showing off how they can win, but about how they endured.
i love the music in the beginning
Mates, I need the intro and outro song so badly. It's so good.
Absolut fantastisch!

Just found this after watching the Michael F - Road to Le Mans series. The access, production, stories and scale of this undertaking is wonderful. Well done to everyone behind and in front of the cameras - but seriously well-done to the suits at Porsche who gave this the green light. Nothing short of epic.
Amazing job showing some of the real stars behind the scenes. A good driver is surely important, but what could Kevin do with an engineering team that doesn’t listen or understands what to adjust. Big respect to those ladies and gents!
Yeah, I'll watch this 5 times today.

Great documentary, not just focusing on the race but especially on everything that happens around a race - things that viewers don't usually see. And whereever you look, you see the competitive spirit that makes Porsche Porsche. Thank you for this epic masterpiece.
The Le Mans Part was very good.... And then came the second half... Nürburgring. Just wow. Insane. That Race is soooo bonkers! The Races of the last 15 Years of the N24 are the absolute Peak of GT and Touring Car Racing. Thank you very much for all the insights. You didn't leave out the cruel, sad and angry bits, those two Races are a rough ride. Man, Frikadelli is always so close. Klaus is such a Dude!
Absolutely stunning. The Kings of endurance show how hard it is to win. Very insightful and honest fly on the wall documentary. Well done Porsche. Kevin Estre you are crazy but that overtake was breathtaking, I remember watching that live and seeing it replayed - goosebumps. Real and honest racing.
1:12:20 I was there, on the inside of the corner. I remember thinking it was a bit of a risk to make the pass, and that's when the impact happened. Weird but watching the onboard it doesn't look like such a risky move. Was terrifying watching as people kept arriving to the corner at speed
