Use the in-programme recorder (it's lag-free, go to File->Export Movie). Or you can use a third party programme for that, like Fraps or Hypercam (Fraps is the best one the last time I checked).

I used this angle because I had wanted it to look like the runner hit the screen. By the way I watched a few endo-videos of yours...They are not so bad for a begginer...even good :) but I think that if you had paid them more diligence they would be a way better...
