Great vid. I share a lot of your thoguhts about whats is lackinh in the game. Hopefully it will get adressed. I actually enjoyed most of the changes from Dungeon of the endless. Even with all the problems I'm having a good time, but I wish I was having a great time and I hope this game will grow

Thanks! I think that is a good way to put it having a good time not a great time. The original had a big mod community that allowed it to grow. The issue though is you have to really like and enjoy a game to want to create mods for it. Hopefully the devs were not planning on mods filling in the cracks and will keep giving the game some TLC.

I think you nailed it!! I like the game but it does feel like we are beta testing. Theres a spot on there for expansions and dlc so hopefully they give us great dlc. Got to give this game the Deadcells treatment and have 30 plus updates :D

I dunno. I find the game to be very fun and good co-op. Gun pickups are a little meh, but I definitely got my thirty bucks worth

Yeah I got it at release when it was ~$40 I think on summer sale no for like $15 which could be worth it. If you played Co-op that can xfold the value but felt a little lacking on release. Maybe they have updated a few things since then but I dont have a want to go back. Glad you enjoyed it though!

Game being bland with upgrades seems to be universal across games from Amplitude Studios.

They have really good core ideas, especially on the top down strategy side but yeah, when it comes to giving you interesting things to do, the mechanics are too simple/automated
