That's true, Biren Singh cannot call for border fencing just because of the current conflict and insecurity of certain communities. Why can't he call for more vigilance and scrutiny within the state? What's the point when he cannot even maintain the internal state tension? Calling the border fencing marginalizes the history and identity of the tribes across the borders. Meitei Kuki crisis cannot dictate the wish of development. The state for that matter was formed out of coercion not consensus

When you know there's a leak in a water tank you don't continue to pour water into the tank. It just isn't feasible. 1st you fix the leakage and then add water into it. Similarly, manipur issue is there in the 1st place due to illegal immigration from myanmar. So we need to stop the influx first and then fix the other problems after that. If you're so passionate about them refugees, don't be a hypocrite and remove the ILPS system from Nagaland. Stop poking your nose into our internal affairs or it will fall on the ground.

Just because the Indian govt drew a boundary separating the two countries, it doesn't mean we're gonna cut off our family ties. Meiteis can only bark from their small valley kingdom.. the Naga hills and other tribal hills in manipur are out of bounds for meiteis, if you aren't convinced you can check the current condition in your state, you can't set foot anywhere in tribal land. The only thing you can do is bark from the valley, it is as simple as that.

One has to wonder why such knowledgeable and good leader not elected from his constituency....??? When are we Nagas going to wake up and come out from the money influenced politics - which is only individual returns and no long term welfare for the public ...... Nagas can’t be under Biren Singh. He cannot be the king of North East. Nagas mean ethnicity not the tribe. Nagas of India and Nagas of Myanmar cannot be divided. There is one kitchen divided Nagas and Myanmar 🇲🇲 from one kitchen. Nagaland is peaceful state.

the Greater NAGA - KUKI - MIZO - CHIN FAMILY might have been separated by the modern borders of countries but our cultural and ethnic connections will never be broken . When we look at the maps THE whole Indo - Myanmar Border is INHABITED by the KUKI ZOMI NAGA family of the hills. they cant separate our connections just because of the interest of a person from the valley.

Ethnically, the Mizos and the Nagas are both of Mongoloid stock. Mizos are highlanders like the hill tribes of Nagas who build their villages on top of the hills. The Mizos and the Nagas have similar socio cultural affinities to a great extend so there's not so much difference between nagas and mizos we always feel connected with the mizos so let's try to strengthen our bond even more in the days to come🎉🎉🎉

On the other hand, we Nagas are highlanders and historically known as headhunters, residing in the hills of this geographical landscape for centuries. Please avoid adding embellishments or altering our history for the sake of creating a good story. Despite sharing the same religion, we are different. Let's be mature and refrain from changing our history. Remember the caution in Matthew 24:24 - "For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect."
