I'm a medical student and whatever is shownhere ...it's a breech presentation with cord strangulation...wat chitti did is external cephalic version with release of strangulation and symphysiotomy i.e pulling apart her pelvic bone to facilitate delivery....only read them in textbook actually have not seen anyone performing it...great storyline I'm not sure if it's clinically accurate

*Cephalo pelvic disproportion (as mentioned by the PG) is a contraindication for both Vaginal Delivery and External Cephalic Version. *Symphysiotomy is again an outdated surgical procedure always accompanied with vaccum extraction. He does Symphysi"otomy" without any intervention and it's Impractical.

ECV is contraindicated during active labour and in modern era if you perform symphisiotomy then you will face 100s of litigations. C-Section was the procedure of choice

Yes it’s CPD probably (Anthrpoid ) as occiput is in DOP position facing sacral promontary and ECV is absolute CI , C section was the only best procedure of choice .

Elevating it by showing that it's able to help a mother in giving birth to her child Greatest emotion any human could connect Thus, he made a science fiction movie emotionally connected to normal audiuence Everyone who has a mother connects to this scene Awesome shankar sir It's not easy to portray such scenes 👏👏👏🙏

But he is also worked as script writer in other director movies but not with shankar movies so story, screenplay all are written by shankar alone in his every movies🤗

That's a calculation

there are so many subtexts in this movie. In the opening scene, robo kicks one of the assistants, he says a dialogue that this robo becomes headache in coming days, at that time robo makes an angry look and his jaw gets vibrated, then Dr Vaseekar sets it right. This is a subtext of the main story.

Even though this is more complicated than the "3 Idiots" delivery scene, the audience's emotional feeling is the same. Shankar lifted that scene from the Hindi movie. But he might not have guessed that he would be part of the remake - Nanban :).

Ohh god it's so emotional to watch

So many loopholes are there scientifically. Firstly, he didn't do symphysiotomy as he told. Then there is cord around the neck, he should preferably not do External cephalic version that too in labour. Finally, after engagement it will take some time for delivery.
