*beats Ender Dragon* *looks for Enderman xp farms* *finds this*

I built this in my main survival singleplayer world in 1.8 and it worked perfectly. Now I just tested updating that world to 1.9 and because of the new ender dragon fight, it kept the xp farm working, AND spawned in another dragon so I was able to have a normal end portal. So if you already have this built, you can update your world, and if you plan to build it, do it in a previous version and update after so you can have the xp farm and the portal. Like so people can see!

I'm not sure if this beats when they messed with worldgen to generate quadruple skellie spawners. Both contraptions are amazing though. :-)

I remember when the April Fools video was posted. I thought that I was being silly thinking that it was real at the end of it, but you showed everyone! Every single one of your videos has some crazy concept breaking Minecraft, and you deserve so many more subscribers than you already have Panda. Panda, you probably get this a lot, but you are in my opinion the best minecraft player ever. It also makes me happy that you respond to pretty much all the comments. I'm always amazed at how you continuously create practically impossible things. Although I still think oldGanon's melon door is more groundbreaking.

Last time i was this amazed was during your video about creating spawners, man you rock!

thats works exactly how i imagined it working! Using the glitchy dying animation of the ender dragon and the chunk unloading thing! But i never thought this is possible in survival :) I guess the zipkrowd has to start a new world. Nice work

The greatest and most successful April Fools prank ever pulled on the minecraft community, and it's because everyone thought the idea was so absurd and ludicrous, that it couldn't possibly be real... BUT IT IS!!! GAH! You completely got me, as I was sitting there on April Fools thinking, yeah yeah, who on earth would believe this nonsense? So for the longest time, I thought it was an April fools joke that I saw in my feed, after being exited momentarily, I realized it was April 1st, skipped the video, and went on with my day as I had enough April fools videos already. It wasn't until months later that I passed over your channel again and decided to watch the video only to realize that this wasn't an April fools joke at all! Huge surprise for me, great job Panda this farm is outstanding!

It must be a nightmare (or a dream) being in the QA team at Mojang. As soon as any bug or loophole is found, it's immediately turned into a 'feature' by the community. Absolutely brilliant on all levels!

If doing this in SMP, the 'view-distance' property of the server (in server.properties) should be 16 (if following the tutorial exactly on the distances). The render distance of clients don't matter.

So simple, but soooo genius :D

It is really well made and kind simple to build!! Good job panda :)

Brilliant design... Probably the only mob i never thought farmable in vanilla... Well done ^-^

On April 1st I wasn't sure if your video was fake or not because you're one of the ZipKrowders who always take Minecraft to the next level or more. Working with such a powerful mob like it was a nice pet is genious. This xp-farm is truely epic, just like the forced generation of the quadruple mob spawner.

FOR THOSE LOOKING TO BUILD THIS IN CREATIVE MODE: A very simple way to "fake" trapping and killing the dragon would be to use /summon EnderDragon ~ ~ ~ {HealF:0} That will summon an enderdragon right by you that will immediately die. Use it at the end of the farm (where he kills the dragon) and then use /kill. THIS WILL ALSO FIX A BROKEN FARM. however, it would require OP permission, so be careful!

Gasp.. It was a trick :O The biggest April Fools Joke of all time; fooling tons of people into thinking something is a joke when in reality, it isn't.

Extremely impressive farm and well-done tutorial.

Considering the noise it makes at the moment I would guess that Mojang knows of it already or will know it next week. The only question is if they see it as important enought to fix it right away.

I'm guessing before 1.8. I don't imagine they want to leave kinks in a big update if they can work them out. Just depends how important it seems to them. It's not like it's an easy exploit either.

jfb-1337 Well yeah, you could make a global variable named dd or something and set it to how long the ender dragon has been dying, then whenever you load a chunk with an ender dragon it would look for that variable.

Wow. Another amazing contraption by Panda !

This is excellent. Seeing as they're changing enderdragon behavior for 1.9 trying to lead it with boats might not work well at that point. The bonus is that enderdragons can be respawned in 1.9 for repeated testing without having to use commands.

When I first saw the april fools video I thought it was a new mind-blowing invention from you but then I looked at the comments and everybody was like: "april fools! Cheater! That's impossible!..." and then I somehow thought the same way..it just seemed so unreal..but I also somehow new that you weren't joking.. I watched the video and I have to say that I am still blown away..the pure ingenuity..if there's one person that makes the impossible, possible in minecraft, than it is: ***** Thank you so much for playing minecraft and uploading your amazing concepts :) P.S. I think that you played a double april fools joke on the whole minecraft community :D (upload "impossible" concept = april fools 1 upload the possible concept of the first video and everybody is mindblown = april fools 2)
