thanks so much i had a prob were my fan were un extru and it would mess up every were i have my fans coming im planing to install them

thanks for the videos.. pity about the screw length problem with that replacement fan.. also started to get under extrusion on my ender 3, so think its time for a fan replacement. i did find that taking the fan out and cleaning the blades off from all dust does help for a while, but then the under extrusion starts again after a while, I guess the fan is on the way out...

Hello, I have the Ender 3v2 and when I preheat PLA, the fan (I'm assuming in the power supply) gets noisy and doesn't sound right. Any ideas if I should just leave it alone or replace it? The noise eventually stops after it's done heating up but it will occasionally make noise. Thanks!

My Enders fan has always made noises at random, and we’ve only had it 5 months. Sometimes it’s quite sometimes it’s loud.

The factory default fans are not great quality and can cause under extrusion. Get yourself a Noctura fan, you will not regret it.

Mine started making noise the second i installed the bl touch

why not just unplug the fan from the board and plug a new fan in?

Should I still use my 3d printer when it’s buzzing like that?

I did to finish up some prints I made and never had anything bad happen from what i can see. Like I had two of my fan's fins break off cuz of one print separating off of my bed and went up into the extruder. It sounded like a helicopter, but still printed well.
