Great vid but for the first scene where the dirt bike passed, In California law which DOJ is based off, you can go 10pm over the speed limit to pass another vehicle.

The only other time that I can remember him falling at the hands of an adversary, and not by friendly fire, was due to the Vagosin Sandy in front of the station. I think it was a stream. At the beginning, he had said he had chosen his "sad song" should he ever be shot down. Ironically, it happened in that very episode.

It is nice for him to pick a side and stay with it. Civilian, however, can and has gone either way. More often than not, he tries to do civilian and someone crosses him. Then it's criminal, or worse. (48)

You are allowed to exceed the speed limit to pass, as long as it’s not too excessive for the situation.

San Andreas law (I believe) is based on California law, and both in California and here in Georgia it is technically illegal to exceed the speed limit when passing. Obviously an officer may choose not to pull you over (the same way no one pulls you over for going just 5 over, since 90% of cars are doing that).

@@Thagnoth In Washington state it’s perfectly legal. A driver who is passing a slow-moving vehicle can briefly exceed the speed limit if necessary to complete the pass safely. This is limited to roads that have only one lane of travel in each direction and isn't a free-for-all. Any speed beyond what is required to safely pass would be a violation of the law.

In California you can still exceed the speed limit while passing, you’re just limited to only ten over.
