One yr we left him pizza, a beer and cookies.

Get him to pick out special wrapping paper and on Christmas eve leave it out for Santa with the milk, cookies and carrots. Then wrap the Santa gifts in the special paper and he will know right away which gifts came from Santa. Great tradition.

Presents from Santa were always wrapped. Carrots for the reindeer and cookies&milk for Santa.

I noticed the lack of wrapping paper on the rolls this year, too! I had to buy 8 freaking rolls and I swear I didn’t have THAT many presents to wrap. I thought I was going crazy. 😩

I thought I was too! I usually have so much wrapping paper left in one roll I have to use it for the next several years!! They got us good this year!

Santa presents were wrapped in special "Santa" paper. So it was different from the stuff my parents used for their gifts to us. That's how my brother found out Santa wasn't real... he found Santa's special wrapping paper in the back of the closet. 🤣

My parents always wrapped our Santa gifts. We came downstairs and this looked like a Hallmark movie. My mom had to have everything be perfect. ❤ I do the same thing, run around like a chicken until a week before Christmas Day then I'm calm, no matter what I do get done and don't get done.🎄 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Jade.🧑‍🎄

Growing up all the gifts would be wrapped. And I would leave out cookies 🍪 for Santa 🎅🏻.

The Candy Cane martinis 🍸 were made with Peppermint Vodia, Kahlua, Baileys Peppermint Rumchata. 😮 So good!!!

Santa always left everything out and beautifully arranged for each kid. Then the wrapped gifts were from family. Nothing for the reindeer, only cookies and milk for santa.

We did wrapped presents from Santa and just cookies and milk. I never heard of anything different until a few years ago.

I got a bat plushie for myself for Christmas and named him "Batrick!" Love Barnabas the bat puppet! Happy New Year!!

We do cookies and milk for Santa and carrots and oats for reindeer. Between 1-3 unwrapped from Santa or in a large Santa sack and the rest wrapped from mom and dad. You decide what feels right for you girl it’s your kid and your Christmas! Do what you want ❤

I have never known of presents to not be wrapped on Christmas?! I feel like for me growing up it was the excitement of seeing wrapped surprises and shapes and picking which ones to open in what order! Then getting surprised over and over by each individual present!

Our presents from Santa were not wrapped. They were all set out around the tree. My brother had his side of the tree and i had mine. Plus, we were NOT allowed to go peeking at the tree! I always woke up first, went to my brother's room, and them we both went to my parents door to knock and see if they were awake. Then, we had to wait for Dad to go survey the situation before we could go in. ❤❤❤

I just gotta say... Dallas' voice is perfect for that bat puppet!! Reminds me of Fraggle Rock or Eureka's Castle 😁

We do one big present from Santa, by the cookie plate, unwrapped :-) my son picks what kind of cookies we make every Christmas eve, and we also leave 9 carrots 🥕 and "reindeer food" on the glass (oats mixed with sprinkles). As a kid, we only did coookies, and my mom put the cookies out while we watched and left a note from Santa

Hobby Lobby, for the wrapping paper. It's a lot on a roll! Very decent paper. 50% off way before Christmas arrives. Stock up. It's the best value. ❤

So jealous of all those Haunted Mansion ornaments! I did get the organ player (played an organ when I was a kid). I had already created my own coffin and crystal ball a few years ago. I remember my first born son's 1st Christmas back in 97. Jade cherish your parents every chance you get,I lost both my dad and mom in 2023,the holidays seemed so empty without them.

I kept my crows too. I added a Christmas bow to the lantern, wrapped the lanterns woth twinkle lights and added a santa hat to each one. I think im going to decorate them for tge different holidays. Lol

Omg i am the total opposite Jade! Santas gifts have always been wrapped, i didnt know it was a think to have them like assembled and everything!!! I actually had to listen to you FULLY explain it to understand what you were saying, i kept thinking you meant all the gifts already out (as wrapped gifts) when people come downstairs and was confused what the difference was 😂and was like "wait! Her playgym was assembled when she came down stairs? Ooo thats what she means!" I feel dumb 😅 I didnt know families did that!! I thought that was just some magical thing in movies and books 🥺 thats soooo cool! I feel that highlights the difference between santa dropping gifts off and parents gifting wrapped ones, and feels more magical! I loved my christmases growing up but that is definitely the way to do it if the parent's are willing and able to 😂❤ thats my vote! And we left both carrots and cookies! I cant remember how it started, but my brother and i were very concernced about the reindeer staying full for the long night 😂❤

our presents from Santa were never wrapped, just arranged under the tree. My husband and i went "home" to Cincinnati for thanksgiving and got covid AND the flu on the plane on the way home. we didn't know we had both until he got so sick he had to be hospitalized last Friday. I didn't even know you could get two viruses at once! He is home from the hospital now. neither of us is 100% yet, but at least we are home. Hope you all feel better soon.

With my daughter, Santa always brought one special gift and it was left unwrapped next to Santa's empty cookie plate. We also made reindeer food (oatmeal mixed with green and red sugar crystals) and spread it out on the big lawn (we lived in a mid rise apartment building) and she would go outside on Christmas morning and it was always gone (a nice treat for all the racoons, fox, skunks and deer).

We had Covid together for our 35th wedding anniversary June 27th. lol We slept through most of it and the entire week of ❤ We of course didn’t have friends or family over. Our eldest daughter put signs in our front lawn and people tooted their car horns at us as they drove by and we spent it alone in bed . How romantic❤ nope.

Palpitations, and you can see it on his chest pounding. I’ve had the same heart palpitations since I was in the 5th grade. I’m now 71, this month. I did finally have two catheter ablation’s last year, and it seems to be working. Praise God ❤
