Depending on which side you prefer engine or deck, both have their own pros and cons.
Hyy i am from MP , mera financial background acha nahi hai meri IMU CET me 3000 rnk hai OBC - NCL , mere parents will take loan to send me to IMU . Is it worth itt , did i get placed from , is there any job security after passing out from IMU kolkata . As i read very bad reviews online about merchant navy that there is no jobs for dekh cadets or last engineer plzzzz replyyyyy 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The scenario right now in the merchant Navy is little different from the way it used to be 2-3 years back this is all because of tensions between Russia and Ukraine, so I can say the placement rate is very high right now but it is completely unpredictable for how long this boom will continue in India. There is nothing like 'Job Security' in any college in India but if you study hard you will surely get placements from IMU Kolkata.
