Hi, I chose pile 5 and the whole thing resonated exactly with what I always felt that my story would be. I actually met him and really felt a very special connection which allows me to feel like a kid again, he had flirty kind of nature, but I recognised some kind of pain in him. I didn't know why I was so connected but I tried to be a very good friend to him. He also felt this connection but he actually always kept on pushing me away due to some past hurts. Something within me always kept me telling that I should always understand him and give him his space and time but eventually he will realise his feelings. But it never happened actually. He knows his fears, we know the feelings and understanding are there but the difference that I acknowledge and want those things to grow. But he doesn't want those as it's too overwhelming for him so he always keeps pushing me away. We were never in any kind of relationship but we have a very strong friendship which I wanted to grow to be something more beautiful but he doesn't. I always tried to be there through all his challanges, even helped him to fulfill his dreams and move to Canada, after going there he became more reluctant and finally told me that we should also not stay friends and not talk anymore because he doesn't like the more than friends vibes. He has done this many times and I always understand him and kept respect for our boundaries. But even after seven years of being in his life, he still says the same thing so finally I decided to choose my self respect and just stop the communication now. I felt that this connection is divinely guided. I also know that I am not very interested and willing to look for someone else, maybe I stay alone. But exactly the story that you told was what I always thought will be true.. because it was also happening the same way in my life, but only in my side of the story. From his side nothing changed, because he really never let anything change naturally and chose to forcefully sabotage things time and again.
