Thank you for being here! 🤗 My favourite season is sadly ending, but the still and beautiful frosty months are slowly starting to show. I thought making a wreath showing the transition with the illustration of a little friend I found plodding through the grass. The name is "Bloody-nose Beetle" Did you know that it is called that because when threatened, it spreads a red-orange liquid from its face? It looks like blood and it is to scare off its predators, because it is foul-tasting. I wasn't a predator of course, but as soon as I put the beetle down, I noticed the bright reddish drops🩸🍂❄️

This has been stunning. The wreath is gorgeous but your tiny black friend stole the show! He is so cute, looks like a toy! And blessed be those tiny hands I saw. That makes me happy! Besitos!!
