What about when molecules have more than one chiral center? Like when it has both and R and an S?
@alakbinwahid4057

i think if combound have both s and r they are meso compound and optically inactive

Hey Leah, Can I ask you why you are talking R and S here in regards to rotation, when in an earlier video you make it very clear that rotation does not correlate with R and S, but rather D and L?

Can the %ee be negative?
@Leah4sci
2 жыл бұрын
No, it should not be negative in quantity. It represents the percent that is in excess. If you ever see a negative sign, it might be a negative sign of rotation, which is actually telling you the (-) enantiomer is the one in excess. NOT that it is a negative quantity.
i think till now you would becom old😂😂😂😂....sorryyyy..... but thnx again.❤️
