Hello sir...on my punto 1.2 8v, due to removing crankshaft pulley the "tooth" on crankshaft pulley was broken (only one tooth on backside of pulley, which must to seat on his plase on crankshaft) and is it correct solution to make a improvisation and make a new tooth on that place, for example to drill and weld a piece of metal simililar size and on that way make a new tooth on krankshaft pulley....will that works? What is your opinion? Thanks

Dear Strahinja, thank you for your question. Quite interesting solution, but we cannot recommend this in general. You need a new part.

@@ContinentalAftermarket my mechanick already done it...and before mine he did that on several cars and it works, but im not shure at that solution and worried about...but will see...thanks alot

Hi, if the cambelt is not is not installed correctly, this can lead to noises, incorrect engine running and even engine damage.
Hi have done cam belt change on Fiat Punto HGT 1800 cc Mk 2 2003)(do not seem to find any thing on it pleas if posible,thnk you
