Cuckoo and Chili are deeply related to the history and culture of my hometown.
This time I used the history & stories of 'Pidu Dujuan Bird'(Cuckoo) and 'Pixian Doubanjiang' as inspiration for creative works.
(Doubanjiang, a hot and savory Chinese bean paste made from fermented broad beans, chili peppers, soybeans, salt, and flour. Characteristically used in Sichuan cuisine, it has been called "the soul of Sichuan cuisine)
