@@MrAresxy07 actually shes around 46.6kg, still a bit underweight but not the worst, just wanted to correct you there. anyways, as i was saying, theres nothing wrong with saying she has a great body and she's body goals, as long as you do it the right way without starving yourself like her. also i'd like to say, she doesn't just eat 1 banana everyday, that was just one time. not defending her saying it's ok to starve yourself like her but you're just making it sound worse than it actually is

@@MrAresxy07 Bruh she did that diet when she was in IOI... years ago. Honestly she looks really healthy compared to a lot of other kpop idols. Notice how Mijoo can't do planks at all cuz her body is probably weak from dieting but Somi can do 3 sets of 100 plank twists. You have to be healthy to even have muscle in the first place. People are just jealous lmao.

Meanwhile, we have to do 3min planking before our ballet class with our teacher. I’m serious about that. We now can even hold heavy cushions while we’re planking. (I have ballet 3 times a week and on one day without ballet I do home workouts, stretching and kickboxing.)🥲😂💖

Overdoing planks or any type of exercise will have a negative effects on body. 300 planks in a day is INSANE, exercising is good but only when it's done within limit. My tip for people watching this video is definitely not to try this. Overworking your body and muscles is not good.

300 planks isn’t actually that much. If you’re switching between different plan exercises you can easily hit that much. If you think about it this way, another way to do it would be to do as many as u can in a minute and do that set multiple times, it comes out to being pretty equivalent. And when you’ve trained over time, doing 100 you feel absolutely nothing. When you do hypertrophy training it’s so easy to build the reps quickly and by the time you finish a set it doesn’t even ache so 300 is definitely not a lot but it depends person to person of course. If she can do 300 then she has very engaged core muscles that are well developed that’s all

If she only does planks then it's ok, but if she's doing multiple exercise and that too like this will surely cause damage. I'm no instructor but this is common sense. And try to improve yourself, calling people names when u know nothing about them is stupid af.

@@khushi_711 it actually wont, when your core is that strong, body weight exercises like planks won't be that difficult. its just planks. More is better when you're training for endurance, until a certain limit of course, but 300 is not even close. especially cuz she's doing it in sets of 100. some people can hold planks for hours, this is really not that bad. 100 of these with body weight is probably way lesser if she adds in weights. But she is doing Pilates so. besides she isnt stupid lmao, why would she just ignore the instructor?

a person who wants to do this has to work up to it. start with smaller numbers of reps and work your way up. it will not be quick! also, high reps are not good for every exercise goal.
